- Hi everyone and welcome back,
in today's video, we're going to have a look into the NZXT boom arm and if it is going to be ok with the mic Shure MV7.
I like this boom arm, it is well done, it has useful cable management and the adaptor for more flexibility on installing any mic and it will fit basically all the desks out there.

Do you think the hyper x quad cast would fit on the boom arm
From what I can see it should fit the Hyper X quad, just check the weight but I believe also that should be ok

Im seeing the boom arm max desk thickness is 5cm but it doesnt look like it can you confirm because I have a 5 in desk thickness
I have a 3cm thick desk and its more than ok, NZXT says that it is ok with 5cm

I got a question. So I just bought the microphone and when I try to fix the arms and adjust them, after I find which I want to use it just goes back straight up? Anyone have any suggestions/fixes? Also the hinges are really stiff and I'm not sure how to fix it?
Under the mounting clip there is a screw that you can use for the hinges
same problem how did you fix it?
@@lordbyron8535 I just turned the knobs on the sides until It became easy to move. the middle knob is the one you want to fiddle with the most until you get it loose.
