Oh! I will make oregano tea this fall. Right now I love cutting a bunch of herbs (oregano, basil, sage, parsley, etc.) adding oil and grinding them up in a blender (simpler version of pesto). It's a great topping for all kinds of foods. Keeps great in the fridge for a week.
I just had, for breakfast, cauliflower waffle mixed with TONS of fresh oregano, topped with natto, hot sauce, poached egg, and fresh green onions. Flavor explosion in my mouth 🤤🤤🤤
