      Quick question. If I have it on speaker view where I can see all the attendees, but they can't see each other do they have a option to turn their camera on?

      Can you also adjust size of the each screen? 60% of the screen with the screen#1 and 40% of the screen with the screen#2?

    Hi - thank you for the video. I have been working with Zoom Webinar for theater presentations containing musical and scripted content, both live and recorded.     Can panelists do the same level of interaction as in a meeting? The reason i ask is I’m running a focus group and have clients listening in, so think webinar might be a better option.

    Hey Fei. I really appreciate this tutorial 🙏 I am about to host my first webinar in the patient organization where I do voluntary work, so try to get as much acquainted with Zoom as possible.
    However, I am a bit puzzled about which plan to go for with zoom 🤔
    As I would like to go past 40 minutes it is obvious that I need to upgrade from the basic to the pro version seem . Nevertheless, am uncertain if it is necessary to buy the video Webinar plan as well and what this offers that the zoom meeting plan doesn’t.

      do you mean reusing the Q&A? I'm not sure, and I don't think so. SurveyMoney can be used as a plug-in for Zoom, I'm exploring that.

    can you do a zoom webinar with a presentation and speaker only? I don't want to recording to show the people on. I would like the presentation to take the full screen.

      Yes, you can spotlight just one person and only that person will appear in the final recording. Nobody else will appear in the recording, not even the panelists, as the only stay in backstage.

    Hi Fei, thanks for this great content! Can panelists join the practice session, and how would they do that? When using their panelist link it gives them a message saying webinar hasn't started...

      Panelists joining the webinar practice session must use the unique panelists join link sent to them by the host, or be signed-in to their Zoom account on the desktop or mobile app with the email matching the panelist assignment.

    This is very helpful, thank you! I am hosting a Zoom Webinar myself next month, but I am not going to be an active speaker, as I'm more so there for technical support (I'm also the Zoom account owner). If I keep my settings to Active Speaker and remain on mute, will this ensure that I do not appear on video? Additionally, any tips for Screen Share? I have a video that I will be playing via Screen Share - I'm assuming I should take myself off mute when doing this? Thanks in advance!

      Hi good Question! There should be an option to broadcast or show active video participants only. If not I remember using a logo of my company too and still looks professional.

    Fei, thank you for this video. Do you have another helpful video that covers how to continue to view participants WHILE sharing your powerpoint? I'm using two monitors (Mac and an external monitor) but as soon as I share screen, the participants are no longer in view. Thank you - Neil

      Hi Neil, you can continue seeing panelists as a host inside Zoom webinar, but not attendees. To show panelists to attendees, you can use spotlight or gallery feature (and follow host view), this video might help ruclips.net/video/G7Xo7cnWTGA/видео.html

      Yes you can pin the two speakers on screen.

    Anyone know how to create a breakaway room. Exemple you are doing a webinar and have 5 people interested in buy or to talk to someone wile the host is delivering the webinar or meeting. In that room you could have a cohost talk privately with some clients for 20mn. Afther they could get back to the original meeting..

    Is there a way to go from a webinar to a meeting so we could have break out rooms after the webinar or would we have to stop the webinar and start another meeting?

    If I am technically the Host of the Webinar since I setup the Webinar link and will be joined by 3 other panelists, do I have the ability to remove my video/audio while the other 3 panelists present? Essentially, I would like to become an Attendee while they present. Is that possible? Thanks Feisworld Media!

      Hi Josh, it’s best to stay as host as you’ll need a host for all webinars no matter what. You can disable video and audio - I also recommend using spotlight for the guests you want to spotlight for everywhere. You won’t show up if you aren’t spotlighted

    If I have 200 attendees on my list and I need to find a few particular attendees and change them to panelists. Is there an easy way to find them?

      Good question Lolly, the names should be sorted alphabetically.. Order of participants
      Names in the participants list appear in the following order:
      You
      The host (If you’re not the host)
      Phone numbers with no names
      Unmuted participants (sorted alphabetically)
      Muted participants (sorted alphabetically)

    Question: If I run a webinar with 4 hosts, can the attendees still "pin" a host? Choose a host to see in a larger window, like a meeting.

    There is zero reason to use zoom webinar you can achieve the same results in zoom meeting plus then still have features like breakout rooms and with the addition of the q and a tool in meeting no one should be paying for this upgraded service
