I wish I could say this product did a better job for my application, but it barely made a dent. To say it did nothing is a lie, but to say that I am happy with the results would also be a lie. It struggles with latex paint, but I think it would do ok with adhesives/glue. I do not think it would impact asphalt/tar at all. If you have a different experience than I did, please fire away in the comments.
