You can follow the instructions on the mautic documentation at mautic.org/docs/en/emails/bounce_management.html Simply scroll down to "Amazon Webhook" and it'll work out from there :) I know this is not that helpful, but I still hope it helps haha! Let me know how it goes!

Hi Mr Vince007! Thanks a lot!! :D Ok, so when creating your emails in Mautic, there is an "Advanced" tab right next to the tab where you choose your email theme. In there, you can set your "from email" and your "reply to email". That way you can send email from whatever email you want to send from. If you are using Amazon SES, you'd have to approve whatever domain you will be sending from so Amazon actually sends your emails. However, I feel like using 1 installation to build two different audiences for two different domains will be a little bit messy since you are not building "lists", instead all contacts are put together in one giant list and are then segmented using tags and so on. So my advice is to use different installations for different domains this way you don't accidentally send the wrong email or have things mixed up. But if you'd rather use one installation, then yes you can totally use one installation to send from different email addresses! I hope this helps :)

I run my mautic installation from a DigitalOcean VPS for $40 a month and that's only because I like to control everything in my hosting servers and websites... Otherwise, if you are just starting or you won't need to control everything, I honestly would give that a try and see how it goes based on the features they provide for the amount they charge! If you decide to go with them, would you please tell me how it goes?

From my tests I would not recommend more than 1 email per day but in some special cases like limited time offers or a new product launch, you can email multiple times a day a few hours apart. It all really depends on the relationships you build with your audience and how you condition them the expect emails from you, but generally like I said an email a day will be more than enough :)
