The Simplest Way to Make Chocolate Cake | ASMR

Ingredients (for one 21cm pound cake mold)
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 65g
Butter - 30g
Light flour - 45g
Cocoa powder - 30g
Sheets of chocolate - 1.5
How to make
1, Put egg and sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes thick.
2, Add melted butter, flour, and cocoa powder, and mix with a rubber spatula to avoid breaking the foam. 3) When evenly mixed, add the cocoa powder, and mix with a wooden spoon.
3, When evenly mixed, pour the mixture into a pound cake mold lined with a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes.
4, Cut the chocolate sheet so that it fits into the pound mold, place it on top of the cake, and bake in the oven at 160℃ for 10 minutes to complete the cake.
