hey awesome tutorial video here - one point of correction is you do not need to create new keywords, just use the existing ones and your parts will appear at the corresponding vendor, or just delete the keyword condition and the parts will be available at all vendors. Directly editing the actors to have additional keywords is actually a bad practice as it means the mod is not compatible with any other mod trying to do the same thing - only the mod loaded last would work in that scenario. Love your work, please keep it up ☺
lol, love the name. I must admit I do not like the way Bethesda used a master template for the ship service techs. I have the main 3 I use, using their own custom templates, so they have names like real people, the way Bethesda should have done it. This brings bring up what you are mentioning, I truly do not know how to work around this issue. This is why I used the new keyword, so if I remove the plugin from my load order it is not messing with vanilla assets. As per being compatible with other stuff, yeahhhh, it really is an issue :(. To me having named techs is more important, and I’m not one to release anything to the public. I would not have the time to get into that endeavor. The only reason I started doing these vids, is because there are and were no really good tutorials going over stuff. The modding community seems to have migrated to discord, in leu of forums. Starfield has so much potential, I just hope things keep moving in a positive direction.
@@stanm645 great stuff - love to see tutorial videos like this coming up, keep up the awesome work. My only suggestion is warning newcomers about vanilla edits and the compatibility as this tripped me up back when I first started. Hit me up if there's any questions I might be able to help with 🍻
Do you know if its possible to make a cockpit accesable from the bottom instead of from the back? Meaning you probably have to be able to place a ladder/hole in the floor of the cockpit

@letsgame7460 Since the cockpit shell is all one piece, I'm pretty sure you would need Blender or Max3D to add a opening for a hatch.
@@stanm645 Okay cool, thanks for the info🙌
Gonna see if i can do it now
