This is one of the things I just learned as well. Its pretty neat. Now I'm trying to find a way to have one of those guns have a mod on it already like a suppressor or scope on it so that modded weapon can be available to the player when they pick it up.

No, it will extremely mess up my channel and algorithm if I do

Thank you for the great info! ONE tiny critique, You need to have that WAY closer or turn up the gain to the max because with everything max volume you are barely audible.

Thanks for letting me know, I’ll fix that in the next video!

I watched this on my Phone without Headphones and on 10% volume everything was perfectly understandable, maybe its Not the Video but your device ?

@@kewa_design Watch your vid on a tv or laptop. Then compare with OTHER videos. YOU ARE understandable, barely! This type of vid is going to be watched on a PC most likely, because following along to vid on a phone is pretty hard. and the sound effects OVER RIDE your voice at the end.
LIKED the video! Just trying to help.:) Mainly so when you have another video I wont need to skip back and forth trying to understand what you are saying, If I am doing that then others are as well or just quitting all together.

@@510DeshawnPlays It sounded fine for me but I could tell the in game music was a bit loud...easy to fix. With that said, on another video (creating two NPCs), there were some low-end frequencies that were pretty strong in my headphones on PC (example at time 8:30 (not in this video, but the other one...linking the time here didn't work for some reason). I don't know if you have the ability to cut frequencies in your global audio output though, never made a video.

How do you change the texture of your custom weapon. I know I can use GIMP to change the dds file of the base weapon the new weapon was copied from. But how does one apply it to the new weapon?

How does one alias a function without having to copy the whole script + variables in this? (( I want to alias a function in SQ_ParentScript - but only if they have a certain/custom skill rank, otherwise run the original function )). I have some scripting knowledge already with C-based NWscript and I do plugins for RPG Maker MV/MZ so I know how to alias stuff in those, but python/Creation Kit is new to me. Please help

Sorry I know nothing about scripting, try joining some Starfield modding discord servers.
