@@Mbaeac I feel this way about the Midas Manor vs Waterfall apartment mods. The Waterfall apartment is *perfect* IMO, where as the Midas Manor feels ridiculously too dense/cluttered. Hoarder's paradise.
Thanks for the shout-out @SiNKiLLeR_! I considered trying to add the ships to random encounters, maybe a future update. I did toss a few "spare keys" around in some not-so-random spots, and added them to pirate loot lists. So there's a rare chance that you'll be able to get the ships from pirate bosses (Crimson Fleet captains, etc.). Side note: it is pretty cool to see a video of someone enjoying something that I put a lot of work into. So, thanks for that, too!

Downloaded and purchased a ship all okay. Next session game crashed on loading 6 times in a row. Had to uninstall and delete my last 3 saved sessions 😢
Now this is a quality mod list right here. The mod author for that first mod is also doing a total Star Wars overhaul and each new trailer looks really promising. And genuinely surprised by how well integrated the highways look. They fit the vibe pretty well and with a bit of refinement and hopefully some NPC vehicles as well, I can see it looking totally vanilla.
Just to clear things up. He is not doing a complete Star Wars overhaul. He is putting lots of mods from other modders together for a modlist. And of course he is adding his own stuff. We are working together on this so no Bad blood here. Sometimes you just get the impression people are like woah this guy is turning starfield into star wars when most of the work is coming from other modders. He is putting things together for people who don't want to get into modding.
I remember visiting Aardvark Shipyards when this mod first came out and there was just a single ship on a platform! Now look at it. And how fresh to actually go inside the ships and see if the layout is something you like before having to buy and then reload if it isn't. Just fantastic. I really enjoy the "Fat Bottom Girls" ship I bought. Great Part 46 Sink!
These mods suggest features Bethesda should officially implement. 1. Now that they have developed vehicle functionality i am hoping for future updates that allow greater customization, different types of rovers with different capabilities, and tuning. 2. Bethesda should add in a race track, if not a multi system racing league. Think the equivalent of a quest line like Oblivions Arena, but its a racing league. You unlock new vehicles, and customizations, as well as a new racer uniform/suit. 3. Multiple ship display ports for an outpost, that can have different ships from your fleet.
The road is something Bethesda should be adding themselves along with npc driven vehicles and an added cityscape. What I'm saying is that Bethesda needs to give modders more tools to work with.
Aardvark shipyard’s shipyard is how I imagine the parking garage to my home to look like. Being able to build more than one landing pad and able to display my ships!
Aardvark sales has to be turned also into an outpost choice of building. Surely many players would have their outposts like a real spaceport with several of their ships visible in SAME TIME instead of only one at the time
We have buildable non functional rovers. Maybe as a start buildable nonfunctional vanilla ships. including nonfunctional landing padd. Then down the line ability to add your actual ships. @Bobolouis

I try to give some insight into mod order for expanded cities. I tried to ask Bethesda if they would sponsor a load order video but no luck. Still planning on one before expansion comes out.
Your reviews are always spot on! The expanded cities does look very cool. To bad you can't use the floating landing pads, lol. The landing pads lighting mod is definitely going on my list. The dancers I can see, with say a Fortuna Luxury ship, some player homes that have dance floors or someone's outpost that wants to put like a party area. Good thing I don't have to worry about the male dancer issues, lol. All females for me 😊.

Starfield is but a canvas for modders to modify and make a playground. As long as Bethesda can do their job and fix and improve the backend. That said, that first City Mod is SICK 😮. That deserves a whole video by itself. The dancing girls can be like your Hawaiian girls dancing on your bridge 😂. Mods are just getting nuts and sky’s the literal limit of what it seems you can do in Starfield. Some very interesting mods profiled today! I would still like to see a Mod where you can Bookmark exact locations in Starfield, have that location saved and warp travel to it. There is no real way to remember some the most interesting places you’ve been to in so many systems spanning a galaxy. Such a mod would be game changing.
Will the roads include coyotes & roadrunners, the shipyards has some great looking ships & sods law I just bought a ship recently but a great roundup as always.

I think Bethesda has been intentionally leaving room for modder intervention since Skyrim. It’s almost lazy but to a certain extent I think it’s less malicious than that. I agree though I do love the game and I’m excited for the modding community to real get their hooks in!
Starfield needs multiplayer (NOT PvP) where players can enjoy game "Together!". Add more of a ships to game from movies, other games n etc Battlestat Galatica Buck Rogers N etc

Your video is really helpful, but as feedback, i'd suggest you tighten up your script. In the New Atlantis section, your description said the same thing about 3 or 4 defiernt ways and way all surface impressions. Instead, list the changes and the benefits you see.

great videos as always, wish i could just keep my game running. You mentioned in one of your most recent mods reviews that one of the mods broke your game and it took you a long while to get back in. What did you do for that issue? I am have having constant crashes one play sessions from the next where my game either crashes to desktop at the main menu or while loading the saved game. I submitted a support request with Bethesda because all of this started after the Rev 8 update. I had to actually start a whole new game after 450 hours played. I have disabled some random mods and some time it works and sometimes not. Lat night I played for an hour came back and without any changes to mods, the game just started crashing again.
I would like something like the the shipyard that I can add to my own out post but add my own created ships in as my own shipyard! Just think it would look cool. Maybe have it as an add on crossed with astroneer and all added to xbox
Personally, I can't wait to get mods specifically for breaking unenforceable in-universe laws... Such as running a functional* mech foundry. Sure, the three current powers don't like anyone being able to use them, but what does a hypothetical, Crimson Fleet-aligned colony literally as far away from them as possible care about that? (for clarification: it isn't just mech piloting I mean, I know that's been on the modding table for a while... I mean industrialized manufacture and possibly fending off the occasional, arguably-illegal raid by the galactic powers)

Old Atlantis should work. Stairs should work, don’t think he placed buildings at these positions. The VP Elevators may are in spots where he placed some props. Stairs Neon may also not work. The Real Sky Suite should work from the short video sequence showing the still untouched tower roof. I haven’t tested these, so I can only tell about my mods, I just know what I did and what I saw in this video. My personal opinion, these complete changing of Vanilla environment stuff is maybe good looking but nothing I would play with. Maybe for a short test or just for the experience.

With the expanded cities, if you have darker knights, it really isnt the best mod because it makes most of the city way too dark. Thats also because it doesnt work with Rabbits Real lights mods. Hopefully the nod author adds in more lights. Its a great mod though
I would 100% try expanded cities if it didn't look like they just tossed buildings all over the place randomly
Some of it looks good but some of it is just tacky, hopefully this mod gets updated or someone makes a better one

Mod authors should add a thing where you can have your rev 9 on your ship. Not moving around but just as an object thats mounted to the ship bay.
