hey, I need some help with the Followers mod, for some reason they wont fight. I am sure that they are given the command to follow me, they have weapons and all that but when I get into a fight, they wont join me in it. Also they just teleport to me insteadof walking, do you know how to fix that?

Which mods are more important for first-time players? For example, bow dot, unlimited save, what other mods are more important?

I have a query about the Better Archery mod... it seems from a comment in the mod's Nexus page that it may be better to wait until after your arrival at Talmberg before including this mod. It was felt it made the horse escape almost impossible to survive as the Cuman bowman chasing you is much more likely to hit you again and again despite Henry jinking on the horse.

Trying to get the GY more shoppings to work on single player. Do you know if it conflicts with the other merchant mod that allows you to buy schematics and such? Or do I need to sleep to refresh the inventory.

In 2025, I went to Kaila city vendor and couldn’t find the stronghold. So I went to venues and slept 2 x the maximum number of hours (can’t remember the numbers) and then went back to Kaila city. Highlander 3 showed up. So…keep going to Venus and sleeping then go back and the inventory will update. Good luck

I was havign an issue getting perkaholic to work. Installed before my playthrough started a new one. Then noticed it wasnt working used the potion still nothing. Cant find anything on why though. Its the updated version as well

I recommend staying away from mods made by Gantz as their's tend to break whenever the game updates with patches. There are many other mods that do the same thing as their mods however they still work and are many months old, so they're likely to continue working in the future. They've also complained about having to constantly update their mods which leaves me with the feeling that they'll eventually quit and leave their mods broken unfortunately

I found these really easy, I just parked underneath it and targeted the engines. It’s a bit cheesy but you don’t really get any rewards for doing it

Playing on veteran for already 4 days and 21 hours am using a full upgraded combatant and the Shahs Mate trying to keep the weight light and i have no issues with those guns playing the game. Still works well. The only thing u need is armor that is max. I use the artifacts that give u max physcial damage protection. And u r good to good. Dont like to use what everyone else use. Yawn. Also is relatively cheap keeping those weapons and gear repaired.

this ironically came out the moment I finished the game a few hours ago and modded the game myself. I really loved the game, good story, atmosphere, combat is fun (except in groups) and the semblance of accomplishment is refreshing. Game still has a lot of bugs and it's utterly a give and take game. You'll feel accomplished one minute, then the game does something moronic another minute, and albeit rare, will actually go against the choices you make. Overall, it's worth it, I hope they polished the second game.

For breeding and catching, I'd love a mod that puts a red or a blue bow on the head or tail of each pal, bosses included, indicating gender.

I am very glad you liked Treasure Maps of Bohemia... I loved making it and trying to keep close to the style of each individual original texture. It will be interesting to see how they handle the maps in KCD2 and if there is scope for a hand-drawn version there.
