    Cool, didn't know that. I stir cacao powder into hot water and drink instead of coffee. No jitters from caffeine and tons of health benefits, plus not to mention I absolutely love chocolate.

    Is it necessary to add butter when grinding cocoa beans?
    Doesn't cocoa already contain butter?
    I saw some youtubers grind the cocoa and add a generous amount of butter.

    Why you are saying powder is more healthier,is this because of reducing the cacao butter ? İf its yes,what about benefits of the cacao butter ?

    • @addictivewellness
      @addictivewellness  10 месяцев назад +1

      Powder is effectively made by removing some of the fat (cacao butter) from the nibs after grinding them into a cacao paste. So effectively you're concentrating the beneficial compounds found in the nibs. Cacao butter does indeed have some benefits, but not in the same league as cacao solids. If you're intersted in learning more about the benefits of cacao butter, please search "addictive wellness cacao butter benefits" to see a video I made on the topic :)

      @@addictivewellness You still did not explain the real question why powder is more healthier.WHY ?

    • @addictivewellness
      @addictivewellness  10 месяцев назад +1

      The powder is where you will find the highest concentrations of beneficial compounds such as flavanoids, antioxidants, mangesium, iron, chromium, zinc, seratonin, anandamide, theobromine, PEA, etc.

      Lets say:
      10 gr nibs: 5 gr cacao powder + 5 gr cacao butter.
      He basically says, cacao powder has more of these beneficial ingredients.
      As a result, 10 gr cacao powder is better than 10 gr nibs (5 gr cacao powder + 5 gr cacao butter)
