1957 Mercury 368 engine - knock in #7 cylinder

This video demonstrates a knocking sound in cylinder #7. The knock goes away when #7 spark plug wire is disconnected. Part 3 of the video is in drive with brakes applied and engine revved to 3,000 rpm.

If it's the number 7 wrist pin or rod bearing it may be repairable without pulling the engine..
