One small thing, the phoenix connector on the box are not internal power as you mention in the video. Its labeled RS-232 which is a serial communication port to control the device.
How do you get the channel marks off the TV because I have mine set up all my devices are plugged in, but they still keep on saying channel1,2,3,4 and the resolution underneath it while in your video, it just shows the screens as is, so how do I get that were no channel or resolution is showing up because it’s quite annoying to see it in the top left corner

@@brettgulliver1764 I eventually got mine to work and I was just looking online and doing what they said and I think it was either holding the main or the mode button for about 5 to 10 seconds they said or hold until it’s cycled through everything because I did that and it didn’t change immediately, so I just wanted to sit down for a minute, and then I glanced at my TV I noticed the channels watermark in the top left corner of each portion of the screen was completely gone. I am plugged the device plugged it back in. Hasn’t come up since so you might have to try holding down those two buttons and see how they work for you because I’ve looked in the instructions and they don’t say anything about how to get rid of it

Is it possible to maintain 16:9 aspect ratio on 2 inputs when viewing 2 screens side by side?

Did you test this? Im thinking if its stretched with a pc you could just change the aspect ratio manually to counter the stretching. Is this the case?
