Best ending: When Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, the Toads, Rosalina, even Wario, Waluigi, and Bowser saw Luigi walking up to them, helping the elusive man in red to walk with one arm over his shoulders, it was like a nightmare had just ended right in front of them. The doubt in his existence, the belief that Luigi was going crazy... all of it melted away as they caught sight of the other brother, replaced by the memories that proved he had always been here. Peach, feeling her breath catch in her throat, instinctively clutched the grayed-out cap, realizing that Luigi was right when he told her it was proof of him. This event is why I love this channel. The fact that they turned a shitty business decision into something so high quality is amazing. I love how most of the jokes in these rips have some kind of connection to death, loss, or goodbyes/leaving or are from the dementia album.

So let me get this straight. Nintendo held a public execution for one of their characters, right? That was 2 days before this video was uploaded, but all their characters seem alive and well. The Bros. franchise (ironically named after an only child) still seems as strong as it always was, despite that being on Nintendo's hit-list. But are we missing something? Feels like we're coming too aware. Nintendo realised "Bros." may not have been the best name, hence letting it spawn sub-series like Super, Party and Kart. Yeah that's probably what it is. fun fact: I wrote this a day after I found out that my neighbor had been dead in his apartment for months until family came looking for him. Really it was sort of a bad situation to cause that. It was well into the pandemic, a lot of people were working from home and having groceries delivered, people weren't really going to each other's houses much still. Peach, feeling her breath catch in her throat, instinctively clutched the grayed-out cap, realizing that Luigi was right when he told her it was proof of him. Seeing the red-clad plumber look up at her, she slowly approached with tears in her eyes. "It... It's really you... You're back." Her shaky hands placed the cap on his bare head, adjusting it to make sure it fit like it should've.
A vibrant red, one she now knew all too well, overtook the cap, and the blank space in the front was filled in by a single red letter: "M". His dull eyes slowly regained a shine of life, and Luigi felt him shift, his legs managing to stand firm on their own. His free arm, once dangling, slowly reached up to touch the brim of the red cap, and he started to laugh. A light laugh, but that voice was enough to spread a contagious smile to everyone around (even Bowser). "Yes... I'm back... It's-a me..."

I can't believe this entire event was born from a joke about Nintendo doing a time-limited game release. Bravo.
This event is why I love this channel. The fact that they turned a shitty business decision into something so high quality is amazing. I love how most of the jokes in these rips have some kind of connection to death, loss, or goodbyes/leaving or are from the dementia album.

Paper: The Thousand Year Door was good. Felt like it was missing a few characters but a solid 9/10 regardless.
So let me get this straight. Nintendo held a public execution for one of their characters, right? That was 2 days before this video was uploaded, but all their characters seem alive and well. The Bros. franchise (ironically named after an only child) still seems as strong as it always was, despite that being on Nintendo's hit-list.
But are we missing something? Feels like we're coming too aware. Nintendo realised "Bros." may not have been the best name, hence letting it spawn sub-series like Super, Party and Kart. Yeah that's probably what it is.
Anyway, thanks for the streak of uploads to tribute the Bros./Super/Party/Kart/Land series! Means a lot to us!

fun fact: I wrote this a day after I found out that my neighbor had been dead in his apartment for months until family came looking for him.
Really it was sort of a bad situation to cause that. It was well into the pandemic, a lot of people were working from home and having groceries delivered, people weren't really going to each other's houses much still. I still feel guilty, noticing that his car hadn't moved in so long that the tires went flat but never checking on him.
