Late to the party, but QOTD; Icon of Sin. The poor bugger just happens to end up facing the only dude in the universe who can kill him every time he gets resurrected.
I'm really digging the style and vibe of this game. I don't mind it being simple if it has a lot of charm. As for the Question of the Day, it's gotta be the mighty overlord Laharl, of course!
Do you remember the Oni game that came out in 2001? From my POV, I've noticed a lot of game reviews on your channel (I'm just getting familiar with it now) for games I don't have any awareness of, and I really appreciate that.
You bet I do. It was an early Bungie game (right before Halo) that was published by an early Rockstar Games (right before Grand Theft Auto III). It's probably the most polarizing game in Bungie's entire catalog, with Electronic Gaming Monthly giving it an average score of 3.3 out of 10 and Next Generation giving it a 4 out of 5. I always enjoyed what it did with the beat 'em up genre, but can understand why Bungie never want to the franchise. I'm pretty sure I still own it on PS2.
They're trying to "become The Ultimate Warrior"? Well, THEY'LL NEED TO USE THE ROCKET FUEL, Halk Hogan, AND AS THE ELEPHANTS CHARGE LEFT, THEY WILL BE CHARGING RIGHT! SNORK! Couldn't resist the wrestling reference when I heard that. 😉😂🤣 But yeah, I looked it up on Steam, $30, bit much, but I wishlisted it, maybe if a good sale price happens during a time I'm able to afford it, might get it then. As for the question, guessing you mean game wise, in which case, hmmmm, some of those Succubus on F95 Zone games are pretty powerful, so I'm going to say one of them. 🤷
QOTD: do half demons count? If so, I'd feature Dante from the Devil May Cry series.

... I dig the look of the game. I wish it was more hack and slashy than beat'em up. Maybe more island or islands will be added ...
Question of the Day? Firebrand.
