Home Depot and U-Haul sell cardboard boxes at pretty much every store. Walmart, Best Buy, and a lot of other stores have a lot of things on their website they don't actually have in store because they open it up to third party sellers. Don't trust the websites of those stores unless the specific item says it's also in store. Very often you have to order it online for pick-up at the store. The closest thing Walmart has to moving boxes in store is plastic totes for storage.
I had the issue with the Intel CPU 13/14 gen as well. The benchmark on the photoshop general testing scores got me greeding for the performance, but it's not worth the constant crash.
