S type for the win. I wish these still turbo whistled like the 14s

I think it's just a restriction piece on the turbo intake you can take it out
I would have to hear it in person to know for sure, but headphonea or speakers I prefer the S-Type. Borla, you do amazing work!

Good stuff Borla. Sounds good for a TTV6, but not quite as good as the Coyote V8 with the ATAK system like I have on my 2020 GT.

Hi! Our Cat-Back systems are tuned for specific engines. We don't recommend using this system on an F-150 Black Appearance Package with the 5.0L engine. We do plan to offer a specific exhaust system for the F-150 Tremor 5.0L / Black Appearance Package 5.0L.
We are still looking for a truck to bring in for R&D, it has been a bit of a challenge to source one. Is there any chance that you are in southern California?

@borla why not? Cylinder deactivation resonance? You're the only exhaust manufacturer who doesn't market the exhaust for ecoboost and V8 applications, even though the hardware is identical.
@@borlaAny luck sourcing a 5.0 V8 test truck? I’m assuming the refreshed 14.5th Gen has the same undercarriage as the 14th Gen.
Also, how long does mid-pipe testing take? I live in TX, but a few days of summer vacation in SoCal would be fun.😂

You just need the mid-section part # 60731 S-Type or 60732 ATAK. We have optional tail pipe kits if you want to change the tip style.
I have the Atak on my 21 3.5 and its way to quiet! Lol.
