Plse try to scan wifi network on doubted area or spots. Bychance if Arjuns wifi hotspot is on we will get a wifi signal with in 1 to 2 mtr depth. So if all the resucue teams use their phone together for scaning the wifi there may be a chance .(if his phone is on and his hot spot is on. Its just a thought)
