In my experience (MBA from Uni of Pisa -2011/12), I agree that most of your points are right except point 4- After study opportunities. Knowledge of Italian is crucial for any job in Italy and the Unemployment rate is quite high. Most of the students end up doing odd jobs to support their expenses after studying. Job seeker visa is limited to Italy only when you apply after your studies. I would always recommend other countries in the EU like Germany or Holland.
