Hi TechnoMonk, is there a way to change the default "FROM" in ServiceNow emails? For any record type, it says from "IT Service Desk". I want it to say from "Change Management". For any of our Change Request.

For me it's doesn't work bro. But whene we gave manual entries it works but dot walking not working
