I was addicted to my best friend, emotionally attached qnd he left me today forever. I'm crying and broken. 💔 I can't even imagine living without him! We spent a year together, talking, having fun so many memories! How can a person just leave you like nothing? I'm forever gonna miss him.
I am so attached with my partner , I loved her soo She also confessed me " I love you too " But she I emotionally unavailable , hurt me all time , now she behave like i am nothing for her 🥺

See are you able to recognize that yes I know the truth but I am DWELLING over the things which is incorrect for me evn tho you know the truth that's called awareness that you are arguing with yourself again & again to prove yourself correct...that's awareness instead of that just say hey brain I know you gonna repeat that but eventually I know the truth so better focus on present moments

I wish there was someone on RUclips who could succinctly dissect emotional dependency. Yet, I haven't found that individual. There are four consequences of emotional dependency 1. You shift focus onto others. 2. You adopt a victim role. 3. Provocation breeds hatred. 4. You resort to threatening others. Understanding these is crucial for breaking the cycle and fostering healthy relationships. I observe myself, and I always feel strong but when he (ex) calls me & texts me, I feel the love and want that I want love in my life but not my ex again in my life. I want love but new enthusiasm and a fresh 🍃💦love story. But all of this I want just like in movies but I know it's a real world where reel life does not happen in real life, so how to make myself away from this "LOVE hope" Feeling??? Please help.... Like if you are talkative then be quiet & observe your surroundings; if you are emotional then be cold hearted, No matter who they are just reacting when you want to react not when others instigate you. These are just little examples but really lots of effort required to make changes, and once you change yourself you'll feel calm, relaxed & more confident.
