It is NOT Ital if you add salt. Salt is not use in Ital meals so if your making regular soup then you can add salt

The Ital way of cooking is a Rastafarian 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 way of cooking and there is no salt added, check with the local Rastafarian brethren from Jamaica and get the correct recipe for Ital cooking 🇯🇲🇯🇲🙏🏾
