Great video! One of the things I love about the marketing field is that if you have access to the internet and a computer, it's accessible to self-teach (kind of like what Alif mentioned in his tip). I graduated from college with multiple internships, good grades, and leadership experiences but struggled to land a marketing job. It wasn't until after I started doing some out-of-the-classroom marketing that I was able to land a job. Once I dove into marketing (through creating a blog) it actually got easier to find marketing jobs that were a better fit for me and my career goals. Thanks, again, for a great video. I loved hearing about the different paths people took to get into marketing.
Out-of-the-classroom marketing is what makes all the difference! Most people think of it as working for free or don't understand the point, but that's how you start to build that portfolio to demonstrate the skills and willingness.

I have experience and my resume says that but still can't get a job in marketing I am trying for a long time

People with no education or experience are having better luck than I am with both 😢

I feel like... people are dismissing me because of my ethnicity or my internships… people see a short period of working, and the word internship, and assume that it was an unpaid opportunity, where much learning did not happen, but my internships are literally where I learned the most, and I have a business where I market companies as well!
