Recipe ingredients for the dough:
-300ml warm water (until it comes off your hands)
-500g Sifted all-purpose flour
-1 sachet dry yeast 8g.
-a little sugar in the yeast
a little salt in the flour
-a little olive oil, a wedge glass
-50g Yoghurt
Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place or in the oven at 20 degrees for 30 minutes until doubled
Ingredients for the filling:
pieces of butter in the middle and not on the edges
-grated caseria that we want that melts, grated on a grater like gruyere mixed with cream cheese
-Philadelphia type gap for inner edges of boats that we turn
-egg
bacon slices and any other cold cuts you want
Tips:
bake in a strong preheated oven at 200 degrees in the air for 20 minutes
-close the peignirli well enough because it opens as it cooks
