Video could be further simplified . Rather than remembering various frameworks, one can keep in mind the 'principles' that speaker should adhere to. They are - 1) clarity (for both speaker and audience . Speaker should know who the audience is rather than displaying what one knows 2) an element of interest (can be a quote, analogy, story or surprise as you highlighted) to keep them hooked. 3) simplification ( as said by Feynman ) - even a child should be able to understand ( removing the complex jargon ) 4) aligning priorities - most imp in the beginning and proceed in descending order. To make it look logical , keep the stats/ data ready . Need not display everything , as no one will be really interested in it. And finally end by highlighting ' either organisations vision or futuristic vision that world is looking forward to. In short- present a thriller movie in less time and in less words. I call this 'principal framework ' which can be applied to any situation. The principles will serve as the guidelines in our activities or work process which can be strategically aligned to leave the best impression. (PS - Humans are not just logical beings but emotional too )

I read a comment on your channel about it being underrated, and I couldn't agree more. Keep up the great work, and thanks a lot for everything you've shared with us.
I love your videos and main topic. Just that it would be great if you slow down a little to give space to digest your insights. Again thank you for all this.
What a great video for so many reasons - thank you! I really liked the substrate subject matter, visual cards for each framework, your commentary, and insights I gained. You and Neil rock!
@@VickyZhaoBEEAMP Of course-it shows! I'm about to start a new role as a project manager so am revisiting your channel with renewed interest. Looking forward to the next one!
Here’s me watching the same Neil video months ago and forgetting it whilst Vicky has dissected the video and analysed it! We have very different frameworks😂

Thank you for making this video. I was just noticing how amazing he is at taking something complex and making it both understandable and engaging!
He is like Khan Academy for adults who still want to be amazed like kids - Love that you like his style too!!
Thank you, Vicky
I like this Framework 🛠
Glad you liked it :)
A very good job. You could slow down than a little bit
Thank you for watching!
Vicky, Big fan here...
Appreciate you!! 🙏 thank you for watching!

Hi I’m just trying to get into obsidian. For your supplementary sources. Do you try to do your research after your ideas, or prior to them?
I usually do it after! Immediately, or many many days, months later when I stumble upon the idea again!
Can you write a blog post or lean pub book?
How many articulation framework Vicky is using in this 17 minutes?
Vicky does it again
👀 thank you for watching!!
I don't get it. And I don't see the framework
This can’t be real😩
Big fan Vicky. Doing good stuff. Too much interjection on this one though. Better to have let him flow and then back track. Just my opinion.
Fair enough! I probably got too excited with all the frameworks Neil was stacking 😂
Your enthusiasm is what makes your videos so great.
@@hopey10able hehe this stuff makes me happy :)
Jesus how do I do that on the fly? Too much info to process in my brain of what to say, speak and be cool all at the same time 🤯
Why even have a mic 💀 ?
It is very different from what he is saying now. Nothing he just said is true.
