This episode had me sitting on the edge of my seat. So much to take in. This amazing couple was able to show how men and women are so different and that there is a learning process on how to express themselves for the other to understand. That they were opened to letting us know that there are ups and downs. It's clearly a sign that they met there happily ever after. Once again thank you Tzipora for showing us Hashems work of art. N.B. I had a friend who went out with someone from his hometown. When he was engaged i asked him his story. He told me that he went out with her years ago. But made nothing of it. They were both bali techuva. Fast forward a few years. He told me that multiple times from different shadchanim her name kept on coming up. From people who knew both of them. And he gave it a second shot with his mind opened. Looking to see what they see in them and where he is making his mistakes. BH, when it's meant to be it happens. Hashem truly rocks, or as some say he is our rock!
Appreciate Evan sharing his missteps when pursing Shiffy. Definitely not an easy thing to do. I think a lot of times we can learn more from somebody telling us how they made a mistake than what worked. Bh they now have a beautiful family. Thank you!
Such a great episode - thank you! One thing I'd like to point out is that not feeling excited before getting engaged doesn't always mean it's not the right one. Especially as singles get older the excitement ofentimes gets masked by many other emotions. That's where mentors/coaches/Rabbanim can be of tremendous help to singles.
Wow. this couple was so raw and real about their story. wow wow wow. I really like them a lot! thank you Evan And Shiffy for sharing your story!!! Thanks Tzipora and MM for this awesome platform! Hashem should give you so much hatzlacha and may He send you your soulmate very soon!
Shiffy I remember when you were born... we were neighbors and friends to your parents...very special people...true baalei SIMCHA thru adversity.. such a lesson to us! I was so happy when your parents texted us that you were engaged!!!! So happy your mother A'h got to be at your wedding and meet your daughter! Thank you for sharing your journey may you live amv'sh in health and happiness enjoying your family be'H as your parents taught you:-). From spring valley/monsey
This episode I found very interesting and inspiring especially as Evan was more open/talkative than some of the other previous male guests who were on the podcast. MIKIMI in Tzfat
Wish you had such interviews from inside the more yeshivish community. Seems they're more reticent in sharing, which is a shame. Watched dramas in my extended family and can honestly say there are fascinating, relatable stories ''behind the mechitza'' as well. And they can give so much hope!
Talking about putting things in hashem's hand ....i got married at 30 6 months before i met my husband i had made up my mind that whatever hashem has in is plan for me i have to b happy with it .......
Hopefully she won't be too busy. But I noticed The ad after 37 minutes in, will answer your question. That should be a good starting point to take you in the right direction. BH you will find the answers for what you are looking for.
Great episode 31 for a girl is similar to 39 for a guy. Unfortunately, that's the reality. A guy has until he's 50 and a women has until 40. After that it becomes much harder to have children. So a women at 31 will feel similar to a man at 39 in their single status.

Shira's favorite line is "what I'm hearing from you...." lol
Is it OK to send this out to an older relative, or is that stepping out of bounds? He is 50,a really nice positive person.
Hi Tziporah
How can I privately reach out to you? You have so much chizuk to offer.
Tisku L’mitzvos😢
Dm her ❤

Evan should not have been dating if he wasn’t serious .i hate to say this but the way he treated Shiffy was so disrespectful.
Great episode

For all those Evans out there, making a girl wait in between dates and giving them false hope is extremely selfish!
Correct, and this applies to the other side as well.
