    Very cool.. I think this is where the Coyote nickname came from for Fords 5.0 Coyote

    You blew right by a pic of the car laying on the bodywork in that folder! Check your history book for 1970 500.

      @Jodoker-wn7oi Yes, I apologize for the shortness and I wanted to get the facts correct. It was a bit overwhelming. I’d love to go back and fill in a lot of the details.

    From what I found from the 68 Indy 500 entry list…..
    Jim McElreath or Carl Williams?

      @boholde2757 It’s the car Carl Williams drove in the Indy 500. It’s virtually identical to Foyt’s car but there are four flush rivers that hold an ignition module that are just slightly different.
