SARE HOMES Sector 92 through NCLT resolution was awarded to KGK DHOOT in April 2023. The new developer promised to start 3 towers of phase 5 in October 2023 but till date there is no progress. KGK Dhoot has no financial resources to complete the project. The sufferings of the home buyers stuck up in this project since 2013 is endless. NCLT and RERA have proved to be ineffective in resolving the home buyers problems.
