alive minato has pretty much always been better than edo. in connections edo might might actually be better tho since the game is so jutsu favored/centered. i think that edo minato has better jutsu

I havent tried modding storm connections yet. In storm 4 you just have to paste the mod folder to the root of your game. Perhaps it goes the same way?
