    Guys i'm doing right now and I'm dying. Try this out:
    1) Battle rope;
    2) Isometric crunch;
    3) Swing;
    4) Squat kettlebell;
    5) Hamstring trx;
    6) Jump rope;
    7) Push-up trx;
    8) Kattlebell row;
    9) extensions with kettlebell over fitball;
    10) Dips;
    11) Biceps trx;
    12) Mountain climber;

      Do you have music "30second training and 2 minutes pause" for bodybuilding?

    Can we get more of these tabata dubstep? This is 1 of 2 that I like. I need more.

      If you're asking "how do you use this music in a workout?" ----> you have to do 12 rounds of 1 min work/20 sec rest repeted 3 times (the music give you the timing); you can do the exercises I wrote in the comments.
      if you're asking "how do you edit the audio files to make songs like these?" ----> audacity and a lot of patience ;)
