If you're asking "how do you use this music in a workout?" ----> you have to do 12 rounds of 1 min work/20 sec rest repeted 3 times (the music give you the timing); you can do the exercises I wrote in the comments. if you're asking "how do you edit the audio files to make songs like these?" ----> audacity and a lot of patience ;)

Do you have music "30second training and 2 minutes pause" for bodybuilding?
Can we get more of these tabata dubstep? This is 1 of 2 that I like. I need more.
