Hi, what is the recommended spacing when planting super napier as compared to normal napier grass. I have the cuttings but the recommendation for spacing is quite varied.
if you are using rows,10 cm apart in rows that are 30 cm apart.if you are using tumbukiza method(holes) just use 1metre by one metre.Once they have grown and first cutting, they will fill the entire area
@@FredDairyFarm thank you. I would like to use the tumbukiza method but i am not sure of the sizing of the holes that i should dig when doing so. I have tried with holes around 30 by 20 cm in length and width and like 10 cm deep. Will that do or would i have to add the sizing of the holes?
@FredDairyFarm wow so encouraging, I didn't know one can survive with just dairy farming ju naonanga wengi wenye wamesucceed in it ni kama wameajiriwa. Alaf kwani huwa unaosha ngombe ama kwa nini ni Safi hivo
@@Kurukash with proper planning you can survive on dairy farming alone.Proper feeding and cow sleeping on clean, soft and dry sawdust makes the cow clean
