The USA does not allow things to spiral out of control to the same degree as in Latin America. His claim: "Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil - 1/4 of all murders in the world happens in them combined"
Well, while they all have a crazy high murderrate, El Salvador (108.642), Honduras (63.753) Jamaica (43.215) Lesotho (38.6) Belize (34.47) South Africa (34.278) Saint Kitts and Nevis (33.559) Guatemala (31.2110) Trinidad and Tobago (30.8811) and the Bahamas (29.81) all have much higher murderrates per inhabitants.. except from Venezuela (57.154) (Only El Salvador and Honduras are ranked higher than them).
(Look it up!) However they all rank Much higher than war zones like D.R.Congo, Iraq, Syria and Sudan..
