Seeing the XP120 in action was well worth $47k. I see they also threw in some high-definition audio as well, what a steal!
Like the She Hulk reference... to quote my daughter " You made this for me ? Really? I will rewatch Orphan Black... " How cone we never find cool stuff at the thrift shop ? We all liked this , time to go thru our to do boxes and do some winter building. Thanks for the inspiration. Top marks.

8:08 It's not a Naboo fighter, it's Anakin Skywalker's Eta-2 Actis Jedi Interceptor from Revenge of the Sith. Good build, I probably would've masked the glass bead before priming and let it shine on its own. It looked really good in the first place.
NEON Skies is a cool title. That's a great robot. The Robot scale reminds me of Appleseed, with their various sizes of Landmate; going from a chunky power-armour size, up to the massive Gun Spiders.
The G.O.A.T., back at it! Loved the build. I'd love to see more scratch bashing.
Looks nice - I like the eye with its tiny catch light. And congrats on using things in your bin that have been there for over 5 years! :) You also confirmed that I don't need to watch She-Hulk, a fact I first gleaned from The Critical Drinker.
Man, I absolutely love how this blends the details together to make something that's obviously based on an ED-209, but still original enough.

The model is awesome as it is, but the extra finesse and detail with the lens and heat burn on the guns makes it so much more interesting to look at. Great model, very intimidating.
Great robot, great use of toy bashing, and great video as always. I love that your materials-hoarding applies to the humor as well, with that incredibly timely, 6-month-old burn on She-Hulk lol

Please don't be ignorant of how over worked and under paid visual effects industry artists are.
Also, I've used a dozen cans of RustOleum 2X in clear varnish, black and metal they've all been perfect, I highly recommend them. I tried the 2X Flat Gray primer you recommend, and it never ever dried properly, I think I got a bad can though since everything else has worked great, so I want to try a different can before writing it off completely. For the moment I've gone through a few cans of Rustoleum's flat grey Automotive Filler Primer and it's great for larger prop projects, would probably blow out the details on mini's though.

Can you turn them into STLs?
Any advice for airbrushing with metallics? I find the flecks tend to just clog the airbrush. Fantastic model as well, looks like the kind of thing that would quell a riot with its mere presence.
Hmmm, never had that issue before. I water them down exactly the same as non-metallics, slightly thicker than milk. You using quality model paints or cheap craft acrylics?
@@WylochsArmory Was using some army painter stuff at the time. I think it is likely more my airbrush being on the cheaper end than anything. Thank you for answering.
