😂 Would take a long time but I won’t rule it out if I could afford an editor to do that many videos. All on my own at the moment grinding haha!
what about for strikers??
I wonder about the conflicting .. orders in lack of a better word now, when looking at a specific player it can have one exclamation mark on their personal tactics screen and when trying to correct that for the player i get to that individual popup screen but it´s all locked so i can´t remedy the conflicting tactics for them? Latest it was hard tackle but in the general tactics screen it was not setup for the team to do that and i never put that in myself for the player, what to do please.
Some roles have instructions pre defined and you can’t change them. For example box to box midfielder has roam from position and you can’t take that off. I wouldn’t worry about the exclamation marks unless it’s a defensive midfielder who wants to get forward whenever possible. That’s no good.

Call me ignorant (Lethal, vice, shut the hell up), but before I followed your youtube videos, I sucked at FM, but with each video, I am learning more and more (and the streams of course)

nice tips, putting some of these on my players now. Do you think it makes a difference which coach you are having teach the traits? Also, do you think we should spread it out so one coach isn't giving traits to like 5 players, wonder if that decreases the effectiveness at all.
I think it might make a difference with different types of coaches but of course with SI it’s cloak and dagger. Same answer to your second question too Vice, I’d like to think that different coaches doing 5 players would be quicker but we will never know for sure.

Another helpful video. I see u training players to have traits at 18 but does training player traits not take time away from development? What would you say is the best time to train player traits
Yes it does but not enough to be a problem but the up side of learning them a trait is usually it helps their average rating which also helps their development. More likely to improve if they are playing well. I also play them whenever they are ready, 15,16,17 or 18. I don’t mind.
How long does it take to get them trained on to players?
Totally depends on each player Jordan and their adaptability stat that is hidden.
Where do I find the one twos player trait?
It’s in movement training mate!
What is the best trait for ferguson ?
Depends how you want to use him mate as he’s a bit of an all rounder.
