Leopard: "Stay here baby. Momma's gonna have a WORD with them"
@Jasper Reece what’s flizone?
And it ain't about no mask either😂
Smart girl. She took her babies far enough away from the threat, then went on the offensive to keep them back far enough away from them. 👏👏 learning when to play offense and defense is a key point to survival
Hm I’ve seen you on lots of these videos. You’re cute
MKZ Lol I know I watch too many videos. Covid needs to end 😰
But thank you ☺️💕
Nothing more scary than a mother protecting her babies 💯
@@countrygirlxo7188 ur beautiful ain't nothing like a beautiful woman w some sense bout different things
Mike Jones 💋💕 thank you
Wow, the explosion of yells when the Leopard mother went after the baboons. Wow.
@J So Absolutely the yelling from the baboons was extremly loud😅😅😅
The baboons sounds like groupies at a Justin Bieber concert
😂🤣😂🤣😂😂
Now no more bieber bts better
😭😂🤧
Those baboons sound fierce.

That mother leopard wasn’t going to let those baboons be dining on her cubs. Great sighting, thank you MalaMala 🔥💜🔥
I don’t think it’s really a matter of “letting” the baboons eat her cubs....had the enormous dominant male decided to, the whole troop could have swarmed her and the cubs in a heartbeat, and that male could have done a lot of damage all by himself. The mother would have been lucky to escape with her life. She toughed it out, and made sure to walk slowly and appear to be unconcerned, which was obviously the right thing to do. One impulsive or impatient move on her part, and I’m afraid her gorgeous babies could have been on the baboons’ menu.
The most dangerous animal in the world: a female protecting her young! Great job, mama leopard!!
A new ally for the Great Kilrathi Empire! Show those filthy Terran Apes what's what!
The male lion kills the female's offspring in front of her when the original male parent abandons the pride, or is killed off. She looks on helpless as her babies are killed. Stop the feminist cliches.
@Commander Fox As allies for the Kilrathi? Nah, that's the leopard
@Commander Fox But if you mean, 'Terran Apes", yeah that was the Kilrathi 'go to' insult against the Terran Confederacy (Aka: Confed) as described in the Wing Commander game/franchise.
You better say it!
What a brave mum bless her charging at the baboons...mind you a mum's protect instinct..is natural..superb clip rangers to capture this..take care..and thankyou so much
Oh my great gravy! Mama is not letting one harm her babies. Go Mama! Thanks guys. Stay safe.
Amazing camerawork.I have never seen anything like this before. The Island female is amazing. I was a bit concerned that the baboons were going to circle around to the cubs but mom handled that situation like a champion.
She sure did !
03:21 Baboons took off like they knew, they just knew...
Thank you for watching!
Mama was like hold on babies, I'm bout to shake the block real quick!!
The island female is such a brave mother , all great sightings thanx MalaMala👍🏻👍🏻🙂

This mom was seen around same time as this video with only 1 cub has she been seen recently with both Cubs
@@robertbond330hello sorry for my late responds
sadly she has only one cub remaining lets hope last one will make it till adulthood.
U GO GIRL ! Such a great MOM , lucky Cubs
I'm always amazed by the trees there, tailor made for leopards.
Baboons: What's that there???????? (Leopard sprints out of nowhere)
Baboons: AHHHHHHHHHHH
That baboons screaming sound needs to be my new ringtone
I suggest for when your mother-in-law calls.
Lol
😂😂😂
What a beautiful mommy leopard and her precious cutie pie cub!!!💝❤💝💪💝
There is a saying over here when things are going wild "It's on an crack'in " This was a mother giving a clear message to back off, we're coming through.

She is super this leopardess and her cubs are too cute, beautiful family 💕 I hope that the little one who limps will recover quickly ..... the young leopard 3: 3 is too cute too 💕
nice video thanks you 👍
Brilliant footage of the leopard and baboons-really created panic 😂 MalaMala!
Absolutely love the Island Female. What a Warrior but mostly what a Mother. When she took after the baboons (the male baboon was huge) I shouted Yea. So yes Fantastic job Momma. Cool crocodile sighting. 3:3 is getting big and handsome as ever. Thanks Guys as Always
Baboons are quite cowardly. Once walking on the Limpopo River bank on the SA side a buddy and I intersected paths with a large resident troop. The very large males were eyeing us and strutting along quite arrogantly so I made a move as if I was starting to charge at them. They took of screeching in terror leaving the rest of the troop to their own devices it was quite hilarious.
One night in the same area we came across either the same troop or perhaps another one sleeping in the treetops so I decided to mess with them a bit. Baboons tend to not move around in the dark for fear of predators and they apparently do not see that well in the dark either. So this might seem silly but bear in mind I was only about 18 years old at the time. I took a stick and flung it up into the treetops. The baboons literally started pooping themselves. We ended up fleeing because the poop was dropping like hailstones from the treetops.
Kimberly lopez ur beautiful woman where are you from
That male baboon was huge .
@@Leec_1972 Liam maybe pooping was their defense ? Who would stick around for that ?
@@brendaseigler3923 Pooping like that is generally a fear response. Getting rid of unnecessary weight before taking off. Hence the term "they got so scared they sh@t themselves." But yes we did not stick around to experience the poop storm so maybe you have a point.
Good job leopard mum! ❤️🐾😊 I hadn’t realised that baboons were omnivorous and, therefore, a threat to her cubs. What a cacophony they made as they fled! Those were some great leopard sightings and the snipes were lovely too. Thank you for sharing, @MalaMala Game Reserve.
Good job Mama Leopard!
(Like Yoyo said ) Mama don't take no mess! even a full grown male baboons gotta step aside when mama's passing with her cubs. Love the footage guys!
Lovely snipes. And a protective leopard mother. Wonderful seeing the Island female's cubs out and about. Though they are vulnerable and the small one seemed to have some trouble keeping up. Quite the racket when she chased those baboons. No way she was letting them get to her cubs.
Don't mess with Mama Cat ;)
Leopard mothers are real protective when it comes to their cubs. this video shows how defiant they are too protect their young
@Michelle Michelle yea sometimes female leopards eat their own cubs if their sick or dead
@@KO-ei9db to* protect they're* sick
What a huge croc thanks for these virtual safaris
one leopard cub has a slight limp ,hope he recovers
Yeah I noticed that as well

We’ve certainly being treated to a very special viewing❣
The protective Island female mother sent a very clear message to the baboons.
Beautiful sighting of the 3: 3 male💓the circular motion & flicking of his tail in sequence with his paw & leg twitching was really cute. Remarkably rich in a dazzling kaleidoscope of sounds, colours & stunning images🥰Thank you so much🙌𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪😊
Wow that male was huge. Baboons are definitely notorious for problems. Island momma was spot on and in charge as she gave them the charge. Pretty risky I might add. And very lucky they withdrew. Great footage MALA!!! ❣
that damn baboon is nothing but trouble!
@@seka1986 lol. You have to give them all the credit. They definitely do get on with the business.
Nah she targeted that make with claws unsheathed. Yes she might get injured and the injury might get infected but one on one with a male baboon she would kill it. And that is exactly what she was prepared to do.
thanks for another amazing video that showed us some fascinating animal behavior!!
I know one thing. Cats claws hurt.. can you imagine a LEAPORDS claw swipes when they are angry... yikes.. no wonder the baboons ran so fast one swipe could split you open
The photography is excellent!
Doesnt matter the species, ya just dont mess with or intrude on a momma and her babies. Period. Awesome video!
hey amanda wanna be my baby mama ? 😘

@3:21 well THAT escalated really quickly
3:24 I jumped out of the chair with those screeches ..
I think the baboons too !! and who wouldn't be scared

You go mommy protect your cubs honey
One Cub to thee other. "See what i was telling you !!! Best listen to Mom."
Looks like one of the smaller cub of island female is limping , get better soon little one
Omg The Cubs are so precious so glad they baboon left good for mommy .thanks for this..
It's amazing that those baboons could let out sound in *unison* @ 3:48 then stopped abruptly as one voice. Chorus precision!
Smart mama. Vastly outnumbered, she hid until the baboons started coming her way, looking for her. And then whoosh, out she bursts. They never saw it coming, lol. (I had no idea baboons were a threat to leopard cubs.)
Hi guys the cubs are so awesome so beautiful and the mom even more 🐆😻ty for beautiful video 📹

Great job, and snipes! Two great treats in a row. Leopards are just wonderful and she is just beautiful creature and great Mother. Thank you
Leopards are COOL as hell...they like to avoid confrontations, but when survival is at stake...when the chips are down, they are BADASS!
Awesome!
The mother are very brave , she loved her babys
*is *babies
Wow their power & agility is incredible...
Beautiful brave and bold leopardess. Baboons are a dangerous rival that would happily prey on her babies.
Nice video with leopards!
Mama cat knew EXACTLY what those sneaky Baboons were up to, and she wasn't having it!
I’m talking about pure hell broke out in that bush when she took off after those baboons. Lol!
loud mouth baboons need to be taught a lesson!
Pretty snipes! I believe the term sniper originated from people hunting snipes, sniping them..
She let them know quick 😂
Thank you for watching!
she had to baboons kill baby leopards
Leopard are very beautiful cats, their cubs are very cute.
I like that drum beat at the beginning 😁🤣

Great Vid,Mala Mala top
channel,thx for sharing...👍😎👈👇...
Leopards are gorgeous animals.
Great day for the leopards! I find it amazing that the wildlife has gotten used to the human beings inside vehicles. I am deducing that a human being on foot could be considered game by the wildlife? Thanks for the video.
Great question, I wonder too...
Correct. In the vehicle they are a part of the vehicle
Although outnumbered, that leopard wasn’t going to let her cubs fall victim to a bunch of buffed- up monkeys.
Both leopards and baboons are amazing animals in their own right. Baboons have numbers on their side and are really intelligent and the males have canine teeth as long as a lion’s. But leopards are opportunistic predators that are the masters of stealth on the African plains. What an amazing sighting!
Im not quite sure what you find amazing about a good for nothing, other than being nuisances Baboons? These things are known for holding whole villages and even towns hostage. They raid homes, destroy crops, kill human babies, and destroy properties. I feel bad for farmers that can't defend their crops from these things.
@@moojidy Farmers shouldn't be there in the first place. We should give these wild animals some space, too many of us. The world is dying.
@@leopardprint2860 Like I said, Baboons are a nuisance for much more than farmers. There is good reason in some parts of the world you can hunt Baboons all year, with no bad limits. You know. So hunters can gladly shoot and kill as many as these good for nothing Baboons as they want. I will 100% be doing a Baboon hunt before I leave this world.
@@leopardprint2860 wtf humans are animals too

This is the original video I was talking about, thanks ladies and gentlemen 👆
Well, leopard poses a real threat to baboons too, they eat them for lunch!
Super smart!! Also was eating her dinner in a tree so nobody could come take it. I don't see this often. Animals are so smart.
Love this mom- she is a fearless fighter and will protect the young ones.I love big cats and hate poachers. There should be death penalty for poachers.
I agree
Wow what a noisy chase!
Tina CA Thank you for your sharing video 👍👍👍👍👍😄😄😄😄😄
God can't be present everywhere,so he create mother 🙏🙏
I wonder if the female leopard picked out the alpha male to go after as a way to control the whole troop as if he backs down the rest of the troop will follow?
It certainly seemed like she went after the big male didn't it.
@@christianlovelock3910 yes, it sure did!! Spectacular!! Great mom💖
@@christianlovelock3910 .. Yup clever mom and fear-less -
@Voracious Reader .. You are absolutely right Baboons are very vicious, it could have gone wrong for the Mother Leopard, but she was clever in charging the Alpha Male Baboon, in his Confused State it was just the edge she needed yes and it was a risk that obviously Paid off ..
@Voracious Reader Yes large male Baboons are a very dangerous adversary, powerful with huge teeth, high risk high reward, that female leopard made a pre-emptive strike and it luckily switched the baboons into flight mode.
Momma leopard entered the baboons' area to their screams like she was Dua Lipa coming onstage at a live concert!
Gorgeous cats
Would love to see baboon coverage to. Brilliant having these live safaris for us, ThankQ 🇺🇸
What an amazing sight!
These ppl crazy in those cars with no roofs. They better at least have a rifle
(Like Carl Carlton said) She's a bad mama jama!!!
Pound for pound, the Leopard is the most dangerous cat in my humble opinion. Quite a beautiful creature. Great video.
Pound for pound = coulda, woulda, shoulda.
@@kingstonzincfence By that I mean their power to weight ratio. Like their great leaping distance compared to their body length. Or their ability to quickly kill and carry prey their own size up into a tree alone. Could you do that? Do Lions or Tigers do that? And what other predator would face a Leopard one on one.....unless it's much bigger or has friends to help? Maybe a Wolverine, or a large crocodile (in the water) not much else.
@@lsporter88 The Jaguar of the Americas is probably the champ. It has the strongest bite force ib. for lb.
@@phillipwasson2980 I've heard that too.
Jaguars can swim stealthily while being undetected across a lake or river to get closer to their prey on the other side and then they pounce. Have you seen a jaguar locked in the same cage with a much larger cat, the tiger? Jaguar basically bullied that tiger to be the first one fed when meat was dropped in their enclosure. A video of it is here on youtube.
that is one brave mother to face that many fangs at once
This has to be the best wildlife channel ever..#new subscriber
Dont mess with mama!
Those little ones are so dang cute
I was panicked by the male baboon that led the baboons' pride, but I laughed when he retreated.
