Help! I have been changing vehicle oil for 50 years and never had the issue I have with my 2012 Tundra, 5.7L engine. The oil drain plug hole is so big that oil comes gushing out, hits my drain pan and splashes out all over the ground. I use one of those black plastic pans that has a hole in the top but I think it would do the same even with a totally open top because the splash is pretty high and far. I have tried a different things but nothing has worked. Now I put oil dry down first but it is still a mess. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
My 2017 Toyota Highlander has a different setup, this video doesn't show me any help at all, and my dash display is different.
