You're very welcome, Carol! With only two weeks to go, no doubt you're very excited about your upcoming trip. As you should be - this is truly a breathtaking resort. Enjoy and be safe!😃
@@TwoTravelandTour Thank you Kimberley & Neil, I’m sure we will. We were in Mexico in 2018 at The Royalton in Riviera Maya this was also a beautiful resort. This time we have membership & a swim up room so fingers crossed it should be good 🇬🇧😁
Looks great, we just booked for our honeymoon next month! The beach is to be desired but I've since learned it's something to do with the reef and the damage caused by hurricanes. Thankfully I'm not a beachy person anyway 😂 great video 🙏🙏
Yes, the beach does need work and you are correct about what's going on with it. The resort is absolutely stunning otherwise though, as you will see for yourselves here soon.😉 Thanks so much for watching - safe travels and enjoy your honeymoon!
Fantastic vlog as always.yeah what's the deal with thise concrete rocks at the beach?? The entire resort is fabulous. The place is well kept. Fantastic job guys.
Muchas gracias, Amigo! My theory is that those concrete blocks have something to do with fighting large waves during hurricanes. I would understand that purpose, but it sure does make for one ugly beach. It's truly the one and only really ugly part of the resort though - the rest of it is gorgeous.
Fun video. I am an Exotic Travelers member and enjoy seeing how others view my resort :). You did the resort justice. I dislike critiquing but you are missing a couple of the other restaurants and didnt give a view of the spa area. The concrete barriers are part of the artificial reef that the resort is trying to bring back. A terrible hurricane in 2005 devastated the area and the resort has been trying to restore the beach. Unfortunately Mother Nature has not been kind the past couple of years and has caused more damage to the beach so it is taking longet to recover. Looking forward to returning to PARADISE in 3 weeks. Wishing you both Safe and Happy Travels
Thanks so much for your feedback and additional information, Harley! We did not know that part about the concrete barriers. Interesting! You're right about there being parts of this resort we did not get on camera, as we (unfortunately!) didn't stay here long enough to capture everything. The time we spent here was part of a familiarization trip (Kimberly is a Travel Advisor) and so this was not an actual vacation whereby the planning was entirely up to us. Enjoy your next stay here and be safe!
We were just as mystified by that as you are, Deb. Not sure what the matter is, but we hope they will do something about that soon. Thanks for watching!
Where is everyone ? It looks dead ! I am going on holiday here in 2022 so I hope things are open and work is finished with the price I am paying for this holiday , great video 👍🏼
Thank you, Jason! When we were there, they were not operating at full occupancy, which explains why it looks like nobody is there. Hopefully, things will have returned back to normal by the time you go. It's a gorgeous resort and we found the staff to be fantastic.
At the time we visited, a large portion of the beach side was getting renovated. We're figuring that's why they were missing. Under normal circumstances, they would be there. Thanks for watching!
We were there in early August, so that's when it was recorded. Seaweed season in the Cancun area typically runs from May through October, so you should be fine. Thanks for watching!
You would have to map out a track for yourself using the paths and run it multiple times to get to 4-5 miles, but yes, you can and it would be safe for you to do so. Thanks for watching!
Thanks so much for your comments and feedback, Gebron! We were here at the beginning of this month. We don't think they were operating at full capacity.
In Dec they were at I believe 40%..it was a nice amount..enough to be friendly but not crowded..i hope for the same this go around..we like to chat with people ..
When we went, they could go up to 60%, but their actual occupancy rate must have been lower than that. It didn't feel like a ghost town though. Hey, if you're up for it, join us for our livestream some time! If you enjoy talking to Fellow Travelers, you will feel right at home.😊
@@Mangos68 thanks for clarifying - I took it as a rhetorical question. There are plenty of resorts out there you may like better. It all depends on what's important to you.
Thank you for your informative & positive review. We are going there in two weeks & very much looking forward to it 🇬🇧

Thanks for the review! The beach doesn't look the best tho? Your thoughts?
Beautiful resort, been to much nicer beaches.
That is a huge resort! I hope the food got better. I love Mexican food. Thank you for the tour of the property.
We sure did have some good meals here, Deniz. And as far as your love for Mexican food is concerned - that makes three of us. Thanks for watching!

Very thorough video..thanks for sharing
Great vlog and tour guys! The resort does look beautiful....except the beach concrete rocks.
Thanks so much, Dan! Yeah, the resort was gorgeous overall, but the beach wasn't much to write home about.
Great video definitely makes me want to visit for sure 🙂 Have fun enjoy 🙂
Thanks so much, Kenny! There is no doubt in our minds you would have a great time here. Plenty of things to do and experience.

How many restaurant do they have?

That view was amazing! All the property seems to be so pristine, what happened with the beach? Do they not clean up the waters edge?

So I noticed there weren’t any seats on the because except for palapas. Do they put those out?

Ann ❤
what month was this recorded? there is seaweed at the beach. im going at the end of Nov, first week of Dec.
We were there in early August, so that's when it was recorded. Seaweed season in the Cancun area typically runs from May through October, so you should be fine. Thanks for watching!
is it possible to run 4-5 miles on the paths there? would it be safe for a woman running alone?
You would have to map out a track for yourself using the paths and run it multiple times to get to 4-5 miles, but yes, you can and it would be safe for you to do so. Thanks for watching!
Was there a coffee shop?
You can get coffee here, but there is no coffee shop like some other resorts have.
When did yall go ?there is no one there…it seems

Is there a nicer resort ??
The gorgeous grounds of this resort do make you wonder, don't they?😊 Thanks for watching!
