I agree with you! I bought it last month and I use it every day. There are many shortcuts to quickly access the most important functions that I learned from the pdf manual. The sound it produces is incredible at 11 khz! As you said it is an updated sp 202! I hope to see more of your tutorials on this little gem! Great!
Just got one of these for Christmas 🎄 Really looking forward to using it on the next album for ideas and general grittiness. Hope it’s good for getting little ideas and grooves down.. 🤔
I just got this today but the manual is online I cannot fine out how to delete all these demo patterns demo patterns so I can make my own I seen some other people asking with the same problem how do I get rid of them so only the sample banks are there
Its a lot less capable than the MK2 but the learning curve is faster because of that...It could be good for a first timer yes, hard to say as that wasn't the case for me

Nice! I will definitely be posting more 🔥
Been loving your output as of late. I enjoy your videos. Really informative and pleasant to watch. Keep it up brother 🙏🏻
Much appreciated man! I've been enjoying uploading more than ever over the past month or so 👍
It's perfect for lofi...I got one as soon as it dropped..and it shocked me. It's more like an upgraded sp303.
Very Inspirational and quick to produce beats
Debating on getting the media card for my 202 or spend the extra cash and get this?
Good stuff. I agree with your perspective on how to approach the P-6 completely…
Good to hear! Thanks for watching 🙏
Great video!

Nice. Can’t wait to get back on mine after the festive break!
Thank you!! I've been looking at the P6 as the SP202 MKII...
Its about time bro i use mine like an sp1200 then into the mpc

I just went through and individually deleted everything. I’d didn’t take long
Yes thanks I worked it out this machine is very different to my model samples 🤭 happy new year
I picked one up yesterday. I’m excited to learn it. I think it’ll pair well with my op-1
That will be an interesting combo! Have fun 🙌
So working with this device in conjunction with a sp404 Mark 2 would be the best way to use it right?
I'm curious if this will be a companion to the SP404 Mark II, or if there's so much overlap that it would just be a waste of money.
Rocking the fingerboard that's what I'm talking about.
I bought one 'lucky dip' and got the worst design - Paris Olympics 😂
Thanks for the video. Would you recommend this device over the SP 404 MK2 as a first sampler? Thanks

@@spvidzthat’s very helpful. Thanks so much
If you are sampling with a stereo effect like chorus ..make sure you dont sample in mono😂...that caught me out for a few minute's
Good to remember! Thanks
would you now please sell your sp 202 to me? I mean it. let me know....
sorry no I'll be keeping that one for now 😁
@spvidz 😥...I understand that. Hard to find the sp 202 in a good shape and at a reasonable price....
@@spvidz ps...i have ordered now my P8...🎶🎶
3 sec in stereo its a serious limitation, im sad :(
lol yup, you gotta think outside the box with this one!
The lack of projects and SD means you have to use their PC app to manage content which is a shame.
I gottcha. its got that feel of an older sampler where you have to work it a bit
