As a camper who is having to give it up due to age, I always love your campfire stories. They bring back some great memories. You were very lucky with that tree that hijacked you. Take care!
I had a good chuckle with your kayak story! Glad your knight in shining armour was watching out for you. Your story brought back a rafting story on the Truckee River 40 some odd years ago. My then husband, was rocking the 2 man raft and fell of the back of the raft with the oars. I watched as he bounced along the rocks and swirling water with his hand holding onto his glasses. Remember I have no paddles to try and help him, we ended up in a large body of water where you could dock your raft. Thankfully no major injuries other than bruises and scrapes and only lost his sneaker and the paddles! Happy stitching💚
Great Floss Tube! Your "Lucky" you had a leprechaun float pass you and pulled you out of the tree! I love being out in nature and really enjoy your camping stories. 🏕
Loved your campfire story. You were so LUCKY your hubby got you out so you did not have to get out in the water. Love all your patterns, especially this one. My sister was born on St. Patrick's Day,and she has since passed, so I loved to decorate on that day in honor of her. Till next time keep in stitches.
I enjoyed listening! The "Lucky" pattern is darling ... and speaking of lucky, I'm so glad your husband was behind you in the kayak! I know you were relieved, too! Looking forward to the Leap Year SAL! :)
Congrats on the At Home finish! It's so big and beautiful! What a fun St. Patrick's Day design - I would feel lucky to stitch it! Happy Valentine's Day! ❤
I love the re-naming for the sharing situation! That is great! The campfire stories are so awesome because it is all stuff that has happened to us all. I am lucky to have found your channel and more specifically your designs....they have been favorites on Etsy to start collecting. Happy stitching!
I am laughing so hard listening to your campfire story! 🤣 Too funny!! I am glad you didn’t capsize! It was so cool, while I was listening to you, I am stitching your Be Mine design. We are very lucky you decided to dip into designing! Happy stitching!❤
You were one lucky ducky that your husband was behind you and prepared to get you out of the tree! I was so happy when I saw you had a new video up. Your spring Quaker piece is beautiful. Keep bringing us your patterns - enjoy all of them.
Congrats on the big finish! Your Lucky design is super cute too. I love St. Patrick's Day. Your campfire stories are always entertaining. I'm looking forward to all the SAL's coming up.
You were definitely lucky to have such a capable husband to pull both you and your kayak out of that tree. It could have been worse. You could have flipped! Love the new pattern and your plans. Will be joining you for the leap year sal.
Love those fun campfire stories. My sisters and I used to do a girls only camping trip every year (in our younger days) and we had so much fun! 😊 You are very lucky to be able to design your own patterns now.
Just found your flosstube and I must stay you are a very lucky lady to have such a talented husband to get you out of that tree ❤! I really enjoyed your video 😊.
That big finish!! At Home is gorgeous! I am not lucky enough to have a magnifier to do that over one stitching. I enjoy your projects and your designs. Keep on stitching!!!
Love the range of information you provide!! You are so kind to explain and even show how to navigate on Etsy etc. Love the head's up about SALs , and all the information you share!! Seriously your camping adventures are great!! Please have more adventures when you can so we can be lucky enough to enjoy the tales later!!
I am new to your channel and am really enjoying your videos. You are lucky that your husband was able to get you out of that tree!! Thanks for sharing all your beautiful stitching!
Another wonderful flosstube. I like your campfire stories! I have not been lucky trying to learn to kayak. I need more practice. I feel very lucky to live by the Great Lakes of Michigan. We have many places to swim, hike, go tubing and all of the good water sports!!
Your new release of lucky is beautiful. I love the design and colors and how you finished it. Your campfire story was funny, probably not at the time. I’ve been in situations like that and you just don’t know what to do! Luckily your husband came by at just the right time.
Great flosstube as usual. Boy you were lucky that your husband was behind you. Love the campfire 🔥 stories. I ordered the Autumn Lane snowman after you showed it the other day. Funny the fabric does look pink. Have a good week!
I need to give up stitching when I listen to your campfire stories. Stitching away and next I hear is your kayak is in a tree....thankfully I stopped stitching and heard you were in a river..my mind pictured a upright tree with a yellow kayak in the branches. I am so lucky I found you. Still working on your first release hope to have done this month!!
When I saw that Stasy Nash I ordered it. I'm going with the BAP. Love that magnetic frame, it's well made, inexpensive and pretty. Great stitching as always, thanks Chris.
I have a feeling this will be my lucky day. I love your valentine pattern and your March pattern. Are there others I have missed? I'm a bit late to the game, but I do love your channel. You get so much done. Happy Stitching.
How lucky are we that you are hosting a sal and doing distributions :) Always enjoy your stitching and campfire stories. Hope to have all my supplies in for my leap day start but I have a back up plan just incase!
I love your idea of the Leap Year SAL! My husband and I had our first date on February 29th, so it is one of my favorite days. And I have the perfect project. I was going to work on Erin Elizabeth’s Farm House for my January 24 in ‘24 and didn’t get very far. So that will be my Leap Year SAL! Have a great week. We’re so LUCKY to have you!
You were lucky that your husband was behind you! I'd love to have that pattern for the next retreat that I'm hosting, since it's on St Patrick's Day weekend. I love, love, love your Brenda Gervais finish!
Excited to give the SAL leap year.a shot I love SALs.. enjoyed your flosstube very much glad to have found it.. would love to hear more camp fire stories. You are lucky to have your husband.
I too was kayaking a river that was moving pretty quickly with a lot of debris and got washed up along side a trunk or branches or something. It scared me for a moment because I had to figure out how to get unstuck without being toppled over sideways! When the water is moving and pushing at you so fast that you can't really back up, it sure makes for a sticky situation! You're lucky your husband was able to help so effortlessly.
I'm with you and Helen, time to look back at what we purchased in 2023!! I like Christy's birthday pick too, but just cant start another big stitch right now. I will be watching yall though! Always enjoy your campfire stories. Lol, stuck in a tree in a kyack!! Lucky you have a fast thinking husband!
I love hearing your campfire stories. We have a camper and have made so many wonderful family memories. Your kayak story reminded me of one of our trips down the river. Our son decided he was to tired to paddle anymore so he grabbed onto the back of my husband's kayak for the remainder of the trip. The really bad part of that was my son's kayak was sideways making it really difficult for my husband. Your new pattern Lucky for St. Patrick's Day is really cute! I like the blue you switched instead of the pink but I can't figure out who's flosstube you mentioned to go watch that made the initial change.
I also found the Stacy Nash piece in the middle of the night. It has been ordered and I know I’m going to love it. Love your videos and your stitching and designs are exceptional.
I have been looking at the Prairie chart for awhile. I’m also a big Little House fan and had a great time visiting Laura and Alamzo’s House this summer in Missouri. Those river hazards can be a challenge - you’re lucky your husband was a quick thinker there behind you. Thanks for all the fun stories.
As a camper who is having to give it up due to age, I always love your campfire stories. They bring back some great memories. You were very lucky with that tree that hijacked you. Take care!
I always enjoy your campfire stories. How Lucky can we be that you keep releasing new charts! All of your charts are amazing.
