Furio (Federico Castelluccio) was born in Italy, but grew up in Patterson, New Jersey from age 3. It’s funny the first time you see him speaking English without an Italian accent 🙂

He was a little concerned about Furio. In Italy, he saw a bad ass gangster who protected his boss and then when Tony brings him here he sees his hair down, playing with the kids and chatting with the women with this feminine behavior. He told Christopher leave it alone cause he wanted to see furio do it. He wanted to make sure he made good on that deal he made back in Italy .

Agree the Tony/Melfi conversations are the best part of the show. Puts all the mob insanity in a real light.
Yes Furio is ruthless when he’s violent. Remember that side of him. And Chrissy’s acting bug helps show us that mobsters have other paths to take in life but give them up easily when they learn that legit skills are very hard to learn.

A real life “wearing the same thing” story. A mob guy robbed a bank with a monster mask and really unusual ugly sweater, a year later he was on trial for the robbery, wearing the same ugly sweater as in the surveillance video! Duh! Found guilty
