That was a very nice job. I like that you’re using some nice hot SH it’s so awesome when it turns color almost instantly. I usually lay down plastic sheeting to catch the SH that drips down and then rinse helps. Keep the plants and grass from being burnt up. And if there’s gutters I’ll use construction trash bags to collect from the downspouts.

I got appointments with my friends roofs to be washed for practice. They will let me keep my signs up in their yards for payment. A couple of friends are on major streets with a lot of traffic flow.

I already liked your chanel before even watching the video. This is exactly how I clean my Spanish Tile roof but please be really careful, that bleach is slippery as hell, there was a time I almost fail off the roof, the one and only problem I have always faced is finding strong bleach sprayer, using a 4 gallon ryobi always requires me to get off the roof and refill at least 3 more times! I hate that, I wish someone on this Chanel has a solution!

Thank you, for the post I’ve been pressure washing 2 months in SFL. Just got my first roof job and it’s a bad one ☝️. He didn’t want any bleach on the roof because of his plants and previous bad experience. I respected ✊ it and got no where today. Told him I’d be back next Sunday with SH and TSP. Any advice?

Hey Sir. When using your soft wash is the grounds man spraying for the pressure washer or are they just hooked to another faucet to the house? I'd hate to have to run both my 12v & pressure washer all the time at the same time when doing roofs but I'd also hate to have to lug around another water hose and find additional facets.
Yes u can just use hose from home supply but nothing beats 8gpm for rinsing espicially no gutters

So I've been thinking about getting into tile roofs since I don't provide those Services. Bought a harness & anchor to get started on the safety side. I'll be using an electric pump backpack sprayer to build up financially to be able to afford a softwash system in the future!

If you get one with an internal pump and flush it out with water after every use you shouldn't have to worry about it leaking down your back
@@hankaaron77 Out here in souther california it rarely rains so you think i should rinse after applying the solution? And of course its always hot pretty much so it will dry out quick

Do you batch mix the SH or do you downstream it? Do you add surfactant? If so, how many ounces per gallon? Do you ever deal with stubborn green algae? Thanks in advance for the response.
i dont use surfactant just downstream or proprotioner it

Hey man awesome video.. I’m also located in Florida so you understand the heat & I’ve been doing strictly pressure washing and I bust my butt all day with just doing the high pressure. I have a 4200 PSI 4GPM North Star pressure cleaner & I’ve wanted to switch to soft washing because I’ve seen guys blow through roofs while it takes me a whole day to do a decent size roof. I was just wondering what chemicals would you recommend & do I keep my current machine? Or do I have to buy a water tank & a soft washing pump.. trying to learn the new ways. If you have time thank you for a response but if not video was awesome. Will subscribe!
If I down streamed 10% do u think it would be strong enough for barrel tile roof ? Is there a danger of taking the color of the tiles or cement they use on caps ?

I've never seen it done like that before. So all you did was rinse it with some chemical? No pressure washing involved? Very easy and not much time I would think.. I pressure washed mine with just water pressure and it took a few days

Was it just an illusion or was that tree laying on the roof or just the camera angle? What do you do when trees are touching the roof?
