First I transcribe the entire tutorial in Premiere and correct the mistakes and make sure everything is well written, then I translate everything into English, I create the audio in Elevenlabs and the last step is to synchronize it with the tutorial, the process is a bit tedious. There are sites that directly translate the tutorial into the language you want, but it is not the same as if you do it by hand

hello sir i have one problem in after effects i can't open any precomp layer with double click which is available on timeline, i need to hold alt and press double click 2.) everytime using dynamic link for rotoscop its import whole video insted of that selected part which import in ae
To do a rotoscoping, you cannot do it directly on the layer that is in the composition, you actually have to double click to open that layer separately and do the rotoscoping there. The changes should automatically be seen in Premiere, if you don't see them, try linking the sequence again, right click on the sequence in Premiere ► Edit original, and there you can do the rotoscoping. Changes must be seen in real time

how much ram does your pc have mine is 16gb how much ram should I allocate to run dynamic link
I also use 16 GB of ram and sometimes I can't run both programs at the same time, I'm going to have to increase it to 32🤦♂️
