I was thinking something similar. I still remember the first RUclips video Teddy made sitting at a desk. To see his progression is awesome. And as you stated, Teddy is one of the few who have progressed to his level in horology and not become arrogant and condescending. Kudos Teddy...keep doing great things.

I have this watch! Had trouble deciding between this beautiful green dial and the version with a white dial but ended up going with white. My first ever automatic and I couldn’t be more pleased, it’s an excellent watch. Since then I’ve “upgraded” to an Orient Star Heritage Gothic. Shoutout Orient for making great watches at an affordable price point.

I just got one. OMG, what a beautiful watch. It's accurately captured in the video here. The dial has such complex reflections that I had problems photographing it.
Crazy. And yes, the band works stunningly well in the overall presentation.
Just received mine today and videos don't do justice for this watch. Absolutely stunning dial.
Not sure if Orient changed anything but mine has a sunburst effect that doesn't really show on any of the RUclips videos. Or maybe it's just the different lighting.

I bought an Orient Helios Open Heart model in blue, my first automatic watch, about a month and a half ago. I've become a real fan of Orient. For $209, the watch really exceeded my expectations. Beautifully polished case, a blue dial that gives a feeling of depth (like a deep sapphire blue pool), and it is keeping time well, staying extremely close to my quartz Massey Tissot watch and the computer's time. Now I want a Grand Orient watch to go with it!
This watch is gorgeous and the strap is surprisingly very nice and super comfortable. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I got the white dial version as my first mechanical watch a few months ago for my 18th birthday. I think the watch in general is very versatile and looks great. Note that the white dial has a slight sunburst effect instead of this textured green version here. Although I don't really prefer the sunburst dial of mine and think it would've looked better with a dial like this one, I think it's still a great watch, with great value for the price.

Quite an interesting choice for the colour of the dial! It’s always a plus to get an in house movement in this price range.
I think a lot of people will appreciate the exhibition case-back even if the movement inside is not decorated, At least the rotor is signed nicely. Water resistance is much more then you would expect on a more dressy piece like this, so it’s a fantastic bonus!
And for me personally the 20mm lug width makes this a for sure purchase in my eyes. Just because I think this watch could go with a wide variety of straps
(rubber, leather, etc) and still look great.
It is a really beautiful watch with great value! I would buy it but I sadly am a poor student. But when I have enough money, I will spend it on this watch.

Teddy my man, I just want to say that I truly appreciate the beautiful macro shots you pull off in most, if not, all of your videos. It looks something off any watch ad. Also, kinda hooked to this compared to the Bambino after watching this. Keep it up!

I own the white dial with light gold accents and it's a beauty. This dial color is nice but I tend to avoid green as it only works well with white or green shirts . By the way, the hacking movement is excellent as 10 wind-ups will last for 8 hours. I have an Arbutus automatic and you have to wind that thing 32 times to get a full day of run time. I got the Orient at Jomashop for only $138, I am done with buying quartz watches.
Looks great but at 40mm it will wear big since it is all dial. I think this would've been better at 38mm.

@Teddy Baldassarre in your opinion which dial looks better this green one or the blue Orient Maestro? Also the blue does not come with the mesh strap so probably leaning towards this green one, looks amazing! I'm deciding between the Orient Maestro and Orient Symphony III. Maestro has cleaner face which does not have the water resist print and smaller case size but the hands and markers of the Symphony III have more style to them! Decisions....decisions! Thanks for the awesome videos!

No lume hands on this. I persaonlly like it without as it keeps it dressier which I think is good, but I think there is a lot of potential for this line going forward
@@TeddyBaldassarreReviews An extreme amount of potential. I feel taking the Timex Marlin's lume hands probably wouldn't harm the dressiness, but would make the watch an instabuy for me. I have the page opened on your website and really admire it. Is this a regular model dial color? I ask because I potentially will buy this one down the line.

No this has been in their lineup for a bit but relatively newer. I did a review on the maestro when it first cam out but it seems like there has been a shift in the crystal choice on these since the early moments of their release. Really love this green. Gives the simple dial a bit more character.

Hey Teddy, is this Maestro green color brighter than the one present on the Kamasu? I sold my Kamasu to my brother because the green dial was very dark, almost black... Also does the blue hands and markers on the Maestro white dial look dark or black most of the time? Which color dial do you like best?

I don’t understand Orients marketing. On their website you cannot search for “maestro”, or their other styles. Your page doesn’t have a style category either. Why are they all jumbled up? I want maestro, white dial, leather strap. Why don’t they sell it? I don’t understand how this company sells watches.

Hello,this watch is beautiful,but so inaccurate....-15/+25 seconds a day is a huge time error.I have heard that the quartz watches have delay of about 10-20 seconds in one year!!!
Is this true for all mechanical and automataic watches-15seconds a delay plus or minus from the real time?
