Best bbq channel on the tube!! Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy thanksgiving sir.! These look amazing.! I haven’t made them but after Brook agreed the smoked was better I think I’ll give that version a try with some left over turkey.
Wasn't expecting a video on Thanksgiving but after a full day of smoking, drinking, and football then to get on RUclips and see a new video made for a great way to Segway into the next ball game! Thanks Chud!
Just finished up a batch of Armadillo eggs for breakfast for the whole fam, thanks for the recipes Bradley!
Yes, this is the video I needed to see today. Cheers!
That looks very tasty brad. Id like to see a Brunswick stew. Im planning to do some soon, with brisket trimmings and a pork butt.
Chud, thank you for all you do. Happy Thanksgiving!
Made em for lunch today. Perfect snack. Fried them since my turkey was smoked. Defiantly make them again. Thanks for another fantastic video.
Sounds yummy Brad! This recipe wasn’t what I expected when I clicked on the thumbnail. I’d probably call these “Buffalo poppers.” When you said “Buffalo white wings,” I thought it was referring to an appetizer that I’ve done in the past which was smoked, then flash fried wings, with spicy Alabama white sauce. (Hint: might be a good recipe to try.)
Nothing is like starting your Thanksgiving with a shot of Chuds BBQ video! Thanks Bradley, you're the best! Happy Thanksgiving.
You had me at bacon wrapped. Excellent video! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
Sounds and looks delicious! Hoping to see you make a brisket on a Kamado style smoker sometime! Cheers!
So good to see Lady Chud again.
My man brad dropping a banger of a thanksgiving video on thanksgiving dude will have to try it
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours Brad...love you brother...thank you for all of your great vids
what would make these even better would be finishing the smoked ones like ribs with brown sugar, butter and honey and letting them sit in foil. That sweetness with the spicy buffalo flavor and the savory ranch! Delicious!
Always appreciate the creativity!
Fixing to smoke two turkey breasts tomorrow, slather them in mayonnaise then hit em both with chud rub (shout out to Goldee’s bbq on the collaboration) and feed the whole fam. Everyone’s excited and thanks again for teaching me so much about smoking/bbqing over the years!
Giving this a try this weekend for sure thanks for the recipe idea
Just a little Central Texas “White Wing” history…There used to be a Mexican food restaurant called Las Casas in Temple, TX right off I-35 that claimed to be the originator of “White Wings.” When they closed, Clem Mikeska’s BBQ across the street took over the “recipe.” I’m sure them being the originator might be a little folk lore but Las Casas was my first ever encounter with “White Wings.” From what I can remember theirs was more of a ball shape and I think they started with uncooked chicken, and then stuffed it with a jalapeño and pepper jack. They did not sauce them and served with ranch dressing.
This was a great video and awesome looking rendition of white wings!
I got a good one.
Shrimp Diablo
Slice a large shrimp length wise.
In slice, put a sliver of Jalepeno, or Habenero, along with a slice of cheese (Mozz, Gouda, Asiago, or whatever you like).
Wrap with a full thin slice of bacon, and pin with toothpicks.
Season with your favorite poultry or pork type rub. I like Plowboys Yardbird rub.
Grill
Happy Thanksgiving Brad!! Have A Blessed Day
I’m 100% trying these when I get back to the states
Great video, Bradley. I’m going to have to make this.
Also Happy Thanksgiving everyone...Chud!! Thank you for everything you do... your amazing and have inspired me to smoke every chance I get!!
Yummy! Happy thanksgiving to our American friends 🦃 From Ottawa, Canada
Dude, those look amazing! Save me 4 or 5!!
13:04 was awesome !!! another great video!!!
the Tavern off Lamar has good white wings. Yours look amazing. Will be trying this weekend.
I thought that the "official taste test" had a little twist, but then at the very end it was a normal one. LOL
I'm doing your spatchCOCK turkey this morning Brad. Been dry brined for 2 days. Gonna be bangin!
Doing the same thing, been brining 2 day
Made that last weekend! Turned out amazing! Make his homemade gravy too!
@@skater61991 wife's all over it! Stewed it all night! Can't wait
Me too! My family demanded I do it again. Thanks for all the teaching, Brad!
Thanks for the new recipe idea I am going to make some version of these
Never woulda thought of this Brad - Thanks for the (original - to me) recipe! - Cheers! - Happy TG to you!
Brad: “I know that we’ve all got plenty of turkey to make some leftovers with”
Me, having made a brisket for Thanksgiving: “Oh….oh yeah….turkey….”
well now you have to make these with brisket!! sounds amazing
😂😂
CHOMP!!! Happy Thanksgiving Brad to you and your family!!!
My first white wings were at the Tavern on 12th and Lamar 20 years ago. Yours look phenomenal!
You feeding your dog is my moment of zen….
Looking forward to making these!!
Happy Thanksgiving Mr. Chud!
Chicken wings are with out a doubt the best game day /bar food ever
Looks like I need to pick up some jalapeños to make this tomorrow. Happy thanksgiving everyone!
I just found your channel EPIC STUFF DUDE!!!!! IM A SUB NOW LOL love it i had an idea as this was playing an a trick that was used at a restaurant i worked at freeze the cheese then stuff wrap then fry after a light high heat smoking we used poblano peppers not jalapenos though
We never smoked we just froze an fry
Mr Robinson…have you ever tried using yellow mustard in your Buffalo sauce? I add it to mine and I also add honey to give it a sweet sticky-ness. The mustard really works!!! In my opinion anyway
I needed something to do with this extra Turkey!
You worked at Hills? Man I was sorry to see that place go. I loved their enchiladas. No chance you’ve got a recipe, is there? White wings looked awesome btw, gotta try those out.
Happy Thanksgiving! Deep fried Turkey, only way to go for me!!
Happy Thanksgiving!! Just smoked my first pork butt the other day, it turned out great
These look great!!! Might have to try these and toss a Lil cheese under the turkey 🤌🤌
Great idea!
Love it Brad
Heck yah! looks delicious brother!
May be a dumb question but how do you heat your pan to melt the butter? Is you prep top one of those hidden stovetop
No. He uses the burners next to the table and puts the pot on the metal piece so it’s easier to film.
I'm glad you came around to frying a turkey man! IMO there's no other way!
Dang I'm the first viewer.. never happened before... Thank you for everything you do Bradley... You are my fav..
Happy thanks giving from across the pond!
Ranch sauce....yes please!
Nicely done Mr Chud, great to see Mrs Chud too for added insight
Just makes me wanna get me some right now
Neva hoyd of 'em....BUT, I have a bunch of turkey left over. Definitely going to give these a try!!
Homemade Ranch is hand's down anytime you can get in a bottle!!! Same with buffalo sauce, I would expect more from You Chudd! 🤣
I so need to make these. Will need to wait until 26/12/2022 for the Turkey one, but will try with Chicken before then
Barria sausage on a tortilla, you can do it. And your shows are great.
Sounds delicious! Like everything else is.
I make my own buffalo sauce because I always have 4 or 5 different hot sauces on hand and I've always got butter. I really like doing a buffalo sauce with butter + crystal hot sauce + el yucateco red habanero (for some heat)
Yes sir! I’ll put that in my list of tastys
Those look anazing. Definitely going to be making these soon.
Looks delicious, happy thanksgiving
That looks yummy...Happy Thanksgiving..
Okay...do you heat up one of your trivets to a super hot temp and use that to heat up the sauce or do you have a magic eye right in the middle of that butcher block?
Mayonnaise as it should be made :)
4x egg yolk
1x tablespoon regular vinegar
1x tablespoon sharp Dion mustard
1x tablespoon luke water
4dl of sunflower oil or peanut oil (between 1,5 to 1,75 cup)
pepper & salt
You will have no idea what hit you :-) And believe me, we in Belgium are mayo eaters and as they say in Pulp Fiction do we drown our fries in it 😛
You start with the 4 egg yolks and whisk them. Add the mustard, vinegar and luke water to it and keep whisking.
When all is nicely whisked start by slowly adding the oil. Very quickly will you see the mayo thickening. Add pepper and salt to your liking.
Sugar? That is a no go ;-)
Making these tomorrow for our onesie partah. However, I don't have any presmoked turkey...or any meat for that matter. So I think rotisserie chicken meat will have to due, then smoke as normal to the video. High of 24 degrees with snow in Nebraska tomorrow, lets go!
When I do these I'm going to use your beer cheese dip!!
Brad, if you’re looking for new ways to utilise your beef tallow, try frying french fries in it in the Belgian style. Thick cut and double fried. Preferably served with Belgian style mayonnaise. Oh, and have a steak bearnause with them while you’re at it. This is a bbq channel after all 😏
I always make my own buffalo as well. Franks, butter, gochujang, red pepper flakes, and honey. Tastes AMAZING. That said, my point is... The butter actually WONT get hard in the fridge if it's properly blended into the sauce. I always end up making extra and it takes me a couple days to finish the sauce. Have never had an issue with the butter hardening in the sauce.
Absolute worst case scenario, throw the sauce in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the better if that DOES happen, but... It really shouldn't. (Buffalo sauce is better warm anyway, unless the food is cold.)
Edit: also probably gonna see about getting some zanthum gum to make it thicker, now. My sauce is 10/10 and way better than any sauce I can just "buy" in my area, only complaint has been that it's too thing. Never considered zanthum gum. Have thought about corn starch, but I'm too lazy to make a slurry lol.
Bro please tell me what that plate is you just leave it on the grill red hot and it works right on the board? I’m always mesmerized 😂
What no boot snake !!!!
Awesome video
What’s up with the metal plate you use to cook in your sauce pans, is there an induction style burner built into your cutting board?
I gotta ask now, im assuming you heating up your put and put the hot pot on the trivet to get some nice shots as you are cooking?
My favorite appetizer at Cedar Door in Austin!
My Chuddy Dinner rolls just came out!
Happy Thanksgiving.
Ah, a Workhorse staple - one of my go-tos.
Winner winner turkey dinner!
You sound exactly like the L.A. Beast! Love your videos!
Ok I like this twist. Now hopefully we'll have some leftover turkey 😬
Cured my Maple Syrup/Brown Sugar/ Bourbon cured pork belly last week and smoked it this week (Thick Cut)
At what station in the kitchen did they teach you to weld a smoker, cos you chop onions like a chef but I've never seen a chef work metal like that. Im watching your video in the middle of a 48 hour fast, I'm drooling like a fire hydrant. Just keep the videos coming.....I'll mop up the drool later.
Wing stop has the best ranch hands down. You should make a copy cat Wingstop recipe and have a taste
Test
Ok. Gonna try this
Lovin your content. Where all the tallow come from?
A word of advice from one with experience: when choosing a jalapeno pepper, opt for the longer thin ones rather than the shorter, fatter ones. The thinner ones are easier to wrap with the bacon, and will wrap the entire pepper. Just saying.
how long will the ranch last if i make it and keep it in the fridge?
Andddddddd I drooled on my phone again.
Would some of your high temp cheese work well in the deep fried?
I would run the turkey through a food processor. Mix in Buffalo sauce and some smoked gouda. Then stuff and wrap, and grill.
What is that plate that you cook on?
I've never been hungrier in my entire life
what's the deal with that hot plate thing you made the sauce on? it looks pretty nifty.
Man....so I broke down my turkey. I ham brined one breast, jerked a few pieces, lemon peppered some and batter fried some. I'll tell you whhhat! Everythang was good. Hey what's that little piece you cooked your sauce on. Looks like a neat gadget
Thanks man!
Genius!
Maybe batter and bread those white wings that had cheese in them for a "jalapeño popper" feel and the cheese might get trapped.
Thank you for the videos of entertainment and inspiration.
Happy Turkey Day!!
At glance they actually look like flats. Also hey there ATX neighbor!
