he isnt just a little bit cocky, little bit is fine. and rockstars doesnt necessary have to be that way. with alex turner it seems as hes forcing it, he wasnt like that before. and yes he aged "matured" and is more confident now, but people dont become a total different person as they grow. thats just the one thing is dislike about him, he just tries too much to live up to the typical rockstar status.

Jakoby Walker I think you can get pretty far. I love the ambient synths, the beat is chill, your flow is on point, and your singing is pretty much there. My personal advice would be to work on your singing a little bit more but other then that it's tight!

When you do that, you end up doing a lot more of that romantic stuff, probably too much."
All this performance tells me is that Tame Impala wrote a great song that can sound just as awesome being performed acoustically.

I think it sounds amazing plus over 1 million views, it get Tame Impala a few new fan's too. All is good. I love the choices of Covers the Monkey's do, none of them are obvious. who thought they do a cover of a Drake song and make it sound so good. Kevin Parker was going for a Lennon type of vibe with his vocals on the original, so hearing a British lad singing it does give it a nice sound. Good Job from Alex Turner.
