Great 'God Mode' moments for sure. The most difficult thing for players such as Tiafoe to achieve, is to bring this high intensify to every match. It just makes the achievements of Federer, Nadal and up another level again, Novak, who have sustained this level and higher, for 20 years, day in day out, week in week out, year in year out, without so much as the odd blip along the way. Truely miraculous.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing watching those highlights.
I agree that it wasn't anything Paul did right, but he was totally in god mode for the whole tournament, especially vs Tiafoe and Murray. Yes, Shapovalov did make a lot of UEs, but Paul was also consistently agressive and powerful and basically got every shot for most of the tournament.

What a beautiful rollercoaster this season truly was. If I can't mention enough names that put us on the edge our seats through it all, that's because the level of skill and competition on display was just too high!!
Still worth giving special insights 1. The US and Argentina must be specially proud of how their players have done throughout, both singles and doubles. 2. Young guys who are staking their claims on ATP glory is massive, both in number and quality. Special mentions, of course, to Ruud, Opelka, Sinner, Coria, Gaston, Alcaraz and Tiafoe among many others 3. So good to see more senior pros like Dimitrov and Khachanov dig deep, and show us glimpses of their tenacity once more

I know the Alcaraz point was amazing, but it doesn't need to be in every compilation for here on. "God mode" implies playing basically flawless tennis for a stretch of time, meaning the Alcaraz point (and the Tommy Paul streak of points due to a bunch of Shapovalov errors) does not count. A great example is the Van de Zandschulp vs Rublev match, because Rublev wasn't playing poorly but Botic was just playing perfect tennis the entire match.
