That is actually not that expensive for what it does. I have seen large format printers run double or triple that.

The landscape looks like a good place for ATV trails, and it seems like there's plenty of land for all types of ranges, with no pesky neighbors. Just have to convince , Mere. There is a very limited amount of buyers in that market. Houses like that can take years to sell. He should list the house, but not expect to sell it. Plus the construction will not go as planned and will cost much more than he is expecting. I don't make the rules, I just know the game.

@@clayanderson7451 yeah I am not sure how much the hill takes up. I know exactly whete the house is but i haven't personally been to it. It's only like 80 miles from my ranch. But I agree if the property is all hill its would not be much usable land but I'm not sure how much of the 30 acres is a hill.

Hey Matt - the audio on that laptop (and all other laptops) is gonna remain pretty bad. However.. THAT MSI laptop you bought has an Equalizer that you can adjust to make it less treble/remove some of the crappyness from it.

I have a few msi laptops and they have a subwoofer on the bottom. even my old gs70 msi had a subwoofer on the bottom. I wonder if they removed it on the gs65 that he bought to save weight or space.

ik my ge 63 raider has awesome sound and my old ge 65 apache pro had amazing sound, the nahimic sound software works wonders
You want to hear the audio as clean as possible. So EQ it in your editor not your speak EQ.
We moved from a big house to a small house. And all 5 of us actually said to eachother at some point, that we hadn't realized how much less we saw eachother in the big house, and how happy we are to be living "closer" and always being together! For the fam, stay at the ranch ♡

TrippyMcGuire556 most silos are really expensive and already owned and due to nuclear weapons agreements modern silos are destroyed upon decommissioning
@@HyperboreanJihad Well yes, but they are also sold to the public and most of the silos only have damage to the above ground entrances and are filled with dirt. The structures remain completely intact. It's just a matter of digging them out.

I partially retract my statement from earlier. The house itself has a lot of potential but there doesnt seem to be very much area that you could build on because of the hilltop and the very rocky area. Flipping it would be much better.

My grandparents just got done building a mansion. Only took them like 8 months. With all of Matts resources I believe a year is a good goal.
The average house is built in about a year. This is essentially a rebuild/large reno so I think a year is totally doable.

Drove through your neck of the woods today on our way home from the hill country! My vote is to keep the dream house on the hill! We loved the rolling hills and commented on all of the beautiful views in that area. We stayed off of the Interstates and took all back roads and the hills make us want to leave the flat coastal areas and move closer to your patch of ground.
Get one or two mini donkeys for your property, they will keep foxes and coyotes away from your chickens

I’d say just flip it. The house you have now is so beautiful, and you’ve put so much work into it, the girls’ beds, the chicken coope, the barn and all your tools, hanging up all your stuff in the “MattCave” (the computer/gun room/office). Plus you’d have to move all your guns, and Mere would have a chance to see how many guns you actually have!

Its actually still at the high school for the class to work on so it should be done THIS school year once they get things up and going
I’m in a diesel tech program at my school and I can vouch it takes a really long time to do those kinds of things with trying to get all the stuff it needs and get all the new kids trained plus you have book work every week so you really only get 4 days in the shop we’ve been working on a huge mud truck in our shop and we’re on our 3rd year and just got an engine and axles

It makes me happy that you turned to your local civil engineer for the correct answer (had a detention area in back of my last house). Also, peaches get bitter when the trees are stressed. Drought and alkalinity are top problems. They might be better this year with the rain y'all got.
