True stuff, I've had the original samsung watch and just upgraded to the watch 4 LTE so i can do my workouts without having my phone on me, cuz usually its just bothersome at the gym. Just ordered a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (because I didn't know the 5 was out lol). But then I realized the 5 doesn't have the rotating dial, so I guess I made the right choice. This video was THE MOST HELPFUL 25 MINUTE RUclips VIDEO I HAVE EVER WATCHED. Being a tech nerd, I'd probably have figured out most of these, but to know what I'm looking for really helps.
Yea man, so did I, I think W4 classic is best choice now even in Feb 23, only weak point is battery life, W5 pro is much longer but anyway it is far behind my huawei gt3 pro that lasts upto 2 weeks with one charge
@@Victor-qf1yu Galaxy W4 has a ridiculous battery, in fact I returned it and bought Huawei GT3 and went from charging every 12 hours to charging every 8 days. I don't understand how Samsung put out a horror like Watch 4. Almost 2 hours to charge it and 12 hours duration or shut down all the dedicated services.
@@Chan-Lin-Tao hi man, GW4 classic 46 mm battery runs 2 days in my case. If i dont charge overnight after full charge it still 15-20 percent battery remain at 7-8 pm next night. I see no problem.
I have this watch coming in for my husband and I and it's our first time using smartwatches and this video had tons of great info in it- everything from how to reorder apps and tiles, to explaining what the icons mean and what they do in the quick menu.
This video is exactly what I was looking for. Absolute game changer for my watch with all these tips. I've always loved developer mode and my goodness having the back button to be open all apps is such a smart idea
If (on my phone) I go to home, Apps, Manage Apps - Google Play isn't in the list. The closest thing is Galaxy Store, but that doesn't have anything google related in it.
For me the gboard tip is highly needed as I can't stand the keyboard for the watch. I'm surprised I never thought of this but I considered the gboard a core service on phones I've had in the past
Yeah, Gboard is a game changer. I never used the watch to send messages until I started using Gboard. It just took too long and the phone was always easier. Not anymore :)
I purchased a Pixel 6 A with the Samsung Watch 4 and used your videos to understand the watch and set it up. A month ago, I was a 20-year blackberry user and had to move on once my Key2 started overheating and had function issues. Thank you for being there for those of us just beginning to use these computer watches. I do find the Samsung Watch 4 useful.

@@kippywylie The only issue I have experienced is needing to re-set my Watch 4 after my first week of using it. I have enjoyed the Watch 4 and find it helpful while at work. If my Pixel is away from me or the sound is off, I can see texts, emails, and even phone calls on my watch. I was satisfied with my purchase 5 weeks ago. It seems to work well with the Google Pixel 6 phone.
This is the best Watch 4 video anywhere. So much coming so fast I had to slow and pause it about a dozen times to make lots of useful mods to my watch. And you are the only RUclipsr I’ve ever given real $ to. You deserve it! Thx VERY much.

Okay...that Gboard you showed was a lifesaver. I kinda felt like the other board was a throwback to the razor flipphone😅. This is by far one of the BEST videos I have seen about this watch. I just purchased the 4 and am glad I did instead of the 5.

The part you did about receiving calls without the phone nearby was brilliant. I bought the LTE watch but unfortunately my network provider doesn’t offer an esim for it yet! So this will be a brilliant alternative until they finally give us esims
