Omg, you're right. They seem to be cheaper. We started vintage shopping in Osaka, but only looked at a couple stores in Dotonbori. And mostly in Tokyo. Looking back, they are at least 20% cheaper. I saw a black gucci for $1100ish, but the pink gucci is only $623!! When we go back next year, I'll make sure to visit Osaka vintage stores again! And good to know they can negotiate.
