If that's considered shouting, he can shout at me any time he wants. Whatever you call it, it's incredibly beautiful the amount of himself that he puts into it. People just don't have that kind of soul nowdays. What a shame...

Not for me. The original, despite having an upbeat strum to it, seems so much more authentic in it's sadness than this melodramatic, unstructured whine. It's a subtle little heart-break drinking song, not an opera.
